Registered an account at Fastwin casino, deposited, and finally requested a withdrawal of 1200 GBP. Sent all Id's, and that's it, no more reply from casino. live chat is always unavaible, you can't reach them by phone either. Sent like 20 emails.

Not too long ago, these were the most reputable you could get, owned by Christchurch Casinos of New Zealand. Then, they had to sell them off because of New Zealand regulations (online gaming). I believe they ended up owned by some entity in the Phillipines, and this was not a good sign. I was lucky to get out when I did, because then they started going over to the "dark side". They advertise an ongoing monthly bonus that no longer exists, but they still paid me my very last withdrawal from a lucky run from my comp points.
This seems to show they have moved even further to the "dark side", and have become unresponsive.
It is little known outside of GoneGambling that they were also pretending that players had been awarded a bonus sponsored by GoneGambling, yet this was a lie as they had pulled out of sponsoring Gone Gambling some while before. These are TWO deceptive practices they have been caught out on this year, so anything you have heard about these outfits in the recent past (Kiwi Casino, Tikki Bingo, and Fastwin Casino), is no longer true.
These two incidents were what made me think it was time to uninstall the software, after I had a last fling with my comp points.

The only thing to do is be persistent, try using points of contact you are not suposed to, just to see if there is still someone there.

It looks like there's a group of these guys run by Kiwi Gaming and licensed in Antigua & Barbuda. I'll see if we can get a response out of Fastwin directly, but if that fails then we'll try Kiwi Gamings to see if they're interested in dealing with this.

They were accredited here for years, but after their move, they sort of lost touch on what's expected from a casino listed at Casinomeister. Specifically, if there is a player issue, they need to deal with it as soon as possible.

They have a contact here:
