Complete bollocks and false advertising. You can't advertise a headline bonus wagering based only on a minority of slots. They aren't a 'scam' site and have a UKGC license under Viral Interactive but have pretty terrible terms.

I think they should rewrite the quoted term:

Does the website have any responsiable gambling department. I told them to send me responsiable gambling advice and not once did they send me the charity that can help or anything just ignored me.

Also have a habit of nothing paying withdrawals and keep closing website down.

I don't play slots only sports.

you didn't answer my question though, what were you wanting from them? begambleaware llinks are on the site, they don't hide the RG page, and its actually quite comprehensive compared to a lot of larger casinos.
I wouldn't play there for various reasons, but think you are picking the wrong thing to go after.
What do you mean they keep closing the website down?
 
Basically when I played that was not there. Other website they operate. Can you tell me the various reasons you would not play on fansbet please.
 
I had a few issues with fansbet. Account verification was a faff, I then had technical errors where I couldn't log in, there was a block on live games for UK players, and my Trustly withdrawal (normally instant) was held as pending. After waiting patiently for two days I contacted them and they released the withdrawal but this was the tipping point for me to close my account.
 
Without you actualy saying what has happened rather than fishing for answers why don't you just come out with your story. You will then get all the proper advice you need. At the moment your feeding little titbits of information which is stopping anyone from directing you to the proper way of sorting out your problem.

Trustpilot is full of so many fake and plastic reviews you may as well be at a Barbie Doll convention.

They are about as useful as a brown cistern block.

They are also not an ADR, whereas we have a specialist who can sort out casino disputes.

So either expand on your issue, or please stop wasting our time.

I only had the account for a month. At no time did they contact me or process my withdrawals.they never did further check at £2k deposit and 1st withdrawal. Is that serious?

They never paid any of the withdrawals but took over 100 deposits. Shall I upload my transaction history.
 
After what they did I gave up gambling. I never placed a bet since. I was winning making withdrawals but they never processed any and made me unresponsiable. It's ok not to process 1 or 2 withdrawals but if over an excessive amount of times just show that they where scamming me.
