Without you actualy saying what has happened rather than fishing for answers why don't you just come out with your story. You will then get all the proper advice you need. Trustpilot is full of so many fake and plastic reviews you may as well be at a Barbie Doll convention.

They are about as useful as a brown cistern block.

They are also not an ADR, whereas we have a specialist who can sort out casino disputes.

So either expand on your issue, or please stop wasting our time.

I only had the account for a month. At no time did they contact me or process my withdrawals.they never did further check at £2k deposit and 1st withdrawal. Is that serious?

They never paid any of the withdrawals but took over 100 deposits. Shall I upload my transaction history.

After what they did I gave up gambling. I never placed a bet since. I was winning making withdrawals but they never processed any and made me unresponsiable. It's ok not to process 1 or 2 withdrawals but if over an excessive amount of times just show that they where scamming me.
