Hi guys

Not sure whether to pursue this or not….

Joined here a few weeks ago….

Lost a bit but hey ho

Had another go last week and got lucky withdrawing £4000

No emails or messages or contact from them and it stated withdrawals take 48 hours to be processed

Waited for 42 hours

Nothing

Asked in chat

Wait 48 hours they said

After 60 hours nothing

Went to chat

Hi you have to send us some kyc docs….

I said this was not the case they cannot use kyc to hold up funds

I did send it under duress and they accepted it and paid out after another 48 passed…

Am I right though that they should not have been able to use that to delay payment as they had time before that to ask for anything they required …

Oh and they hadn’t stilled me depositing btw ( not that I did )

There is nothing in the rules that define how long is 'reasonable' and therein lies the problem. The UKGC should put a time limit, but yes, officially speaking:

A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier.

So standard GC lack of clarity that allows casinos to take the P£*$ and do what they like.
I hate the GC so much for their lack of Knowledge, understanding and inability to grasp what does and doesnt need doing.

There is so much wrong in the industry and there are so many ways they could address the issues and so what do they choose to do...
