Tips Fansbet Casino - I would Recommend you avoid this site, KYC BS.

Yes, not a SoW but simple KYC. Have deposited about 1900, withdrawn 1k (paid) and another 650 pending plus 125 in the account.

Logged in, couldn't play or withdraw the balance, getting a KYC form.

That's fine, but I already submitted Virgin Media bill pdf for proof of address, front and back of debit card, pdf bank statement and front and back of photo DL.

So I get an e-mail because my current account is mine only and has no household bills on. Want another one. No problem, here's the pdf of our joint account which is exclusively for household bills.

Apparently my photo ID is fine, but somehow (for the first time ever!) a complete VM bill pdf is 'doesn't meet the address criteria'!

Anyway, got another mail saying the bank statements must be for 30 days and show this:

Hi,
The documents we received did not cover the required criteria to complete verification of the address, please see the following -
The bank statement must show (i) a period of at least 30 days transactions and (ii) a summary of the total account debits and credits over the same period.

Now correct me if I'm wrong, what has 30 days transactions and summary of debits and credits got to do with the address, which is clearly visible on there anyway?

So I reply:

"RBS - 8 July to 07 August inclusive is actually 31 days - it says on the top and it has the summary of credits and debits at the top, plus address!
There aren't many transactions because it's only household bills account. It has a summary where it says 'paid out and paid in'!

Natwest - same as above but 31 days from 14 July to 13 August, so it's again over 30 days. It also has a summary above, 'paid out and paid in' totals.

So in both cases the bank statements are for 31 days, and both show a summary of debit and credit totals, in and out. Exactly what you've asked for.

Can you actually see that part of the pdf?"

So thus far, just for KYC, I have given front and back of photo DL (which also has my address on) front and back of debit card, Virgin Media pdf bill (with address on!) and 2 pdf bank statements for one month, both with address on. And I still haven't satisfied proof of address? What else can I fucking do? If 4 proofs of address isn't enough?

Seriously, Fansbet do not know what they are doing and are deliberately being obstructive. I have never not satisfied KYC ever, with far less than this.

Steer clear. Really, this as bad as Casumo and not even a SoW....

They also have a wonderful welcome bonus of 175x wagering and max bet of 60p or something stupid.
Irrelevant as I don't take bonuses. But yes, it's poor if you do.

TBH i'm baffled at why you'd even send them a bank statement with transactions for KYC.
Yep, same here - they are doing a SoW disguised as KYC possibly, just to glean info when I'm not near the SoW threshold. Firk knows.

Worse than not being paid by these types of clipjoints is handing them oodles of sensitive information to abuse at their behest
Another heathen laden clipjoint of fly-by-night morons that will be gone form the U.K. faster than my mother used to be able to throw her slipper at me back in the day.

your money is probably safer with that Nigerian prince that gets in touch with us all via email from time to time.

I’d stick with a casino in the accredited section at casinomeister :p
Like Casumo was?

The reason I join them is because I have to check them out before I promote them, if I'm not happy they don't get listed, part of my job mate...:p

And this lot won't be.

LOL...this is beyond a joke - I submitted 2 more bank statements, so that's 2 months each a/c. An hour later I received an e-mail, account restrictions lifted etc. My w/d for £650 yesterday still pending, but they take 24-48 hours anyway. So I spunked the £125 in a/c, Bonanza wouldn't load (yet again the unreliability of the worse-than-useless Quickfire platform) I deposited another £50, played Book of Dead and then when I closed game I got the 'KYC account restricted until.....' again. So that's 9 docs uploaded, still not happy with something, or is it (as I suspect) they got round to processing the w/d and decided to 'unsatisfy' themselves with my KYC.

This site is a joke, really, don't ever go there. I have had over 150 casino accounts and never once has one demanded this level of KYC, or turned down the same docs (half as many) as I have given Fansbet. I can't do any more.....

I took the decision to SE from the khazi. My worst-ever experience not involving a SoW. They have to return under UKGC regs any monies in my account, so that'll be that.

" Once you have made a self-exclusion agreement, the gambling company must close your account and return any money in your account to you. It must also remove your name and details from any marketing databases it uses. "

Suits me fine.

I guess this is the same company as fansbet? Announced today:

LHE Enterprises Ltd. in connection with the sale of online sportsbook and casino operator Argyll Entertainment AG to the listed betting enterprise Esports Entertainment Group (NASDAQ: GMBL).

Argyll Entertainment AG operates within the United Kingdom and Irish markets, carrying both a UK Gambling Commission and Irish Revenue Commissioners license. The investment includes the flagship gambling brand SportNation.bet, which launched in the summer of 2017.

Seems the only option. If one has no intention of ever playing at their accursed group and they're doing everything in their power to alienate customers, then why not.

Only thing I'd be musing is: is there a time-limit on how long they can take to cough up the outstanding funds, if their hand is forced so to speak? Can almost imagine them taking 3 months to settle the debt

Here is something interesting to read in regard to Fansbet:-
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
Bloody hell! That's the worst ever TP review I ever saw! Seems I'm not the only one....

At first I thought all the reviews were by Mr 96 but no, it seems nearly every player is pissed-off with them.

I think the UKGC needs to look at those reviews.

Those reviews tho

And their stellar response

Unfortunately, our Support Team has been a little overwhelmed by the contacts and interest in FansBet. we always aim to get back to clients within 48 hours; as we're super busy right now, we ask you to kindly bear with us for a little longer.

Super busy eh

At least they can handle constructive criticism with good grace

qooo.webp

Surely the rep answering on trust pilot would be better off answering the emails they seem to have a back log of, all the reply’s on a review page but hardly a reply to a player/customer playing on site seems very strange

thanks for doing this. i've had a bad experience with once called piggybang recently. tried to withdrawal like $2 i won off 50 wager free spins plus my $50 deposit ($52 total) trying to test if they really have "no requirements". they acted like i had just tried to murder someone or something and said i couldn't withdrawal cause i didn't use my real money. then they proceeded to ask for wayyy too much info including my birth certificate and passport after already having my drivers license and bank statements. after i wagered the amount of my deposit, and threatened i would post about it in forums, and told them i'm tempted to contact authorities about them suspiciously collecting sensitive information, they eventually verified me. this was over the timespan of about a week or more cause their support is ridiculously slow and useless. i feel like i should have documented it all better and made a thread here about it so next time i will try. i never ended up cashing out either, i was down to like $35 from playing through n tried to make it back to 50 after i was verified with no success.

i'm also having a problem with an actual decent casino right now too, playojo gave me some no wager free spins on a deposit, i hit a bonus n know i won over $10 on a single spin, but it capped the win on the free spins session at $5. the total was not an integer of 5 it was like 1140 so it was quite obvious. it's been like 3 or 4 days since and have been given the same runaround by support twice, sending them the game session id ect then waiting.

i'm not having good luck with the whole wager free thing anywhere seemingly lol.

Regulation is the one, but there is another big worry for casinos.
Casinos that ask their customers to provide a bunch of documents and go through different weird things, as a rule, are/were badly bombarded by scammers.
There are guys out there who know how to pass a verification via Skype and can provide absolutely any documents in the quality that a checking software won't be able to smell anything.

The method to investigate a player; request-refuse-request-refuse docs and then, from the collected information, look for any discrepancies is very classic.

I've noticed the request-refuse method at a few places, nothing pisses me off more, I've got all the info you want, just ask for it how you'd like it and I will provide, saves weeks wasted in the back and forth.

Crazy thing is, I start by redacting any information they don't ask for using Adobe Acrobat as they usually request PDF's, (and could easily edit my PaySlip and bank information to portray myself as a millionaire) so it's crazy they 'dilly dally' over the trivial (but genuine) details of the documents.
