Where does it state a max withdrawal limit? They aren't allowed to have them for UK customers but I can't see it in the T&C's.


I couldn't see any and chat said there wasnt (Yes I'm bored)

The reason trading standards is investigating is because they said that they share profit with beneficiary of sport club I rang the ones on the list and none have ever received anything from them.

I VERY much doubt a football club would give you that information over the phone. Tell you what, give me the name of the person you spoke to and club who you spoke to and I'll ring them tomorrow and see if they give me the same information.

@winbigger I would put it down to experience to avoid anymore brain damage. Seek online casinos from reputable sources like Casinomeister (changed my online experience for the better), I must admit, as having limited knowledge and blind faith that online casinos are heavily regulated I could have been one of the seriously unlucky ones but Colin has given sound advice, is no troll in my experience on here and knowledge talks, wisdom listens, if that helps.

They do. Lucky Casino had a £1000 per day withdrawal limit which was pencilled into their terms. They also tried to steal 9k from me 2 years ago. Viral Interactive are as rogue as can be in the UK. Absolutely amazed they still have a licence.

Again agree with you, where is the IBAS case here? If an ADR hasn't been raised then the other government bodies are going to do absolutely nothing to help the guy.

And 96 withdrawals lol!

No did you not read my account was closed it January. I haven't reported to ibas at moment because I don't have all my account history which they not providing.
 
But the company hasn't sent me any final response decision as they blocked my emails I need that before going ibas.

Your solicitor told you you had a case and you haven't started legal action
You don't seem to have submitted a SAR to get the information you claim to need (even though you don't)
You said in June you had withdrawals pending for 6 days, yet you closed your account in January, is that when you self excluded for 5 years?
You haven't even stated what fansbet have said the reason for not paying you is.

The pending time was for when my account was opened in December after they closed and took my balance in January they had no pending because my account is closed and they took my money. I'm going to IBAS but I want my account information to show what happened.

I manage to get on my mate pc and live chat was working they told me to remove this thread as it affecting customers but did not resolve my withdrawal problem. Do not use them.

So theres too many things don't add up with your story. Do you have a screenshot of the email when they closed your account in January? Because elsewhere you state you self excluded for 5 years.
I wouldn't play at this group of casinos if you paid me, but it doesn't mean you are automatically telling the truth either.
Still waiting for you to tell me which football clubs you spoke with and who you spoke to too. Not that I expect an answer as I don't believe you spoke to any one at any of them that actually would have knowledge of stuff like that.

My complaint on resolver they never responded even once to my complaint on resolver.

I want to add that if youbindeed still have moneybin thatbaccount that belongs to you, I can understand your frustration..
 
Thing is, this could be a self exclusion issue. It's hard to tell from the half truths the OP posts. For example stating they closed his account, yet elsewhere states he self excluded. Other posts show his wife is self excluded using gamstop but he uses a joint account to deposit from. He has also said he was/is addicted to gambling. Add to that the refusal to actually explain what the problem is, refusing to answer pretty much every question he's been asked, and the lies he has told, something doesn't sit right here.

After they closed my account I told them I never want a account again with your company or any site you own and to self excluded me.

They closed my account I told them how badly they treated me and never processed any of my withdrawals and was a scam and that I never want a account with viral. So I told then to self excluded which they had to request and could not do manauallly .
 
But you still didnt answer the question, did you reverse and lose? Have they still got the withdrawals from December and you continued to play there?

We still waiting single answer what makes any sense? Quite epic thread and situation with OP, would be interesting to know what actually have happened but after asked over 20 times, we only have got reply about 96 withdrawals which were not paid.
