Seek help as you seem to have a gambling problem. I can assure you that is much cheaper than trying to instate deposit limits.

Blaming casinos for everything is not really the way to go to have your addiction in check.

Agree though, that a request should be handled in a few hours max.

EDIT: agree with dunover. Self-set RG consoles should be standard nowadays. Anything else leaves the player in distress at the mercy of the operator.

Next? Complete free wager, win more than allowed take out, But denied to due SE

If they have file a complaint and tell the casino you have all records yet only deceide to close when win,

Lol thought you was asking what happend after, Not what you should do, Contact the rep and tell them that you tried but to no avail, Did they have any think on site to do this ?

I agree to a point on taking responsibility but all accredited casinos should have 1 / 2 click to action DL ...
not responding to an email request to lower a limit (if this is the case ) is bad practice in my opinion.

The only casino I know of that does not have self implemented RG tools is Casumo but they do action all requests in live chat, no questions asked instantly. But still they lag and fail in this one aspect.

But that aside I use DL at Every casino I play at. If I dont I loose my brain (and wallet) its my way of gambling within my own limits. Not for everyone I know but for me it has worked for over 2 years now. But yes if a person has a serious Gambling then quitting is the way forward. But still a casino or the casino in question should have set the OPs limits instantly when requested no questions asked.

But using that as a way to get Deposits back is a no go also.

> also, what the other peeps said: DL is a convenience, not a legitimate way to manage a genuine gambling problem.
