Fafabet won’t pay winnings!

I had recently won the jackpot with one spin of £5000 plus a few hundred pounds from win lines..which took the win in total to £5370 now the casino has took £1300 stating they only payout a £4000 limit on a one spin win! If this is the case why would they let a game of a £5000 jackpot be on their site? Is this misleading or false representation? Please help someone

It does, shockingly, state in their terms and conditions (section 7.7.1) that no win greater than 1000x stake can be won from any individual spin and the max allowed, regardless of stake, is £4000.

I'm not sure if that would break either fair contract legislation or UKGC rules - I mean, you cannot offer a product which can clearly offer x and then decide in your terms a lesser y applies to it.

Yes I tried to get them to admit they are bribing me with not releasing my winnings unless I agreed but they would not reply to my email..Iv sent countless of emails asking for a manager to contact me..or someone in a higher position but every email is ignored
I thought they were all kept an eye on as fair play but clearly not..online casinos have changed massively..I will be avoiding this site and making a complaint once I have cashed out..thankyou for your reply..

Id be careful what you say to them. If they are rogue or dont care -- they may not pay you anything at all and just rip you off if you threaten them with the UKGC and not to play there in the future.

Truly shocking term coming from UKGC licensed brand. And how this affect overall RTP. Imagine effective rRTP on high variance slots such as DOA2 , when you wipe out all wins over 1000x betsize. Even worse for highrollers, a £20 spin capped at £4k equals just 200x max win.

How long does 'not making a complaint' last? Senseless reply from them. Just take notes of any conversations, agree to what they say, take the money and then go to town on them - filthy conduct from a UKGC licensed site.

If you have emails from them refusing to pay winnings unless you agree not to complain you should inform the UKGC as they will definitely take a dim view of that.

Ive never seen a good review of this lot. I personally dont like CasinoGuru, but their review is bang on. Not sure how they have been granted a UKGC license, they break so many rules its unbelievable
