Wonder how many will agree but I had a think about this last night and this is my take on it, probs a bit hard to explain over "text/type talk" but here goes
Bonanza takes a minimum of 4 scatters to trigger feature and as we know it CAN pay well from the 12 spins (excluding any +5 or in feature re-triggers)
Chilli takes 3...or does it...
IMO the 8 FS feature (collected never gambled) serves a couple of purposes, 1) Dish out a very TINY portion of the games RTP. 2) Stop the forum talkers, streamers etc comparing the thousands of spins to trigger Bonanza. in essence a feature that is not really a feature and although we'll see it from time to time will never regularly dish out a big win that we are used to on Bonanza.
Now when gambled and won or the +4 comes naturally, this (again IMO) is a true feature which the slot WANTS to award so now we are in Bonanza territory when its make or break time but chances are a lot better (nothing to do with extra spins just the nature of the beast and how the math's / mechanics are designed)
Might sound like a load of balloney (that's if you can even understand me in the first place
) but I feel I am along the right lines with this one
