Slow Pay Experiencing slow pay at Allslots?

Does anyone know if something is going on with Allslots/Jackpot Factory? I've been playing there for a few years without issue. They have actually been one of my favorite casinos, with quick payout times and great customer service, but recently I made a withdrawal that I am still waiting on payment for. Usually I'd receive my withdrawals within 2-3 days, and it's now going into the 6th business day since my withdrawal. Has anyone else been experiencing longer payout times with Allslots?
 
They were slow when I withdrew from there, pended for the full 48 hours, then asked for docs the next day (60 hours after requesting the withdrawal), then said the finance department had gone home for the weekend (this was before 1pm on a Friday afternoon), finally processed it the following week.

I did not return to play again.

This was mid-July.
 
i actully wihdrew from alljackpots last Thursday night asked them to flush it and got paid Friday, they stopped flsuhing last winter but
they were losing players i reckon so they have start flsuhing again :)
 
They have doubled the pending period, but these longer delays may be down to a cock-up in finance. I have suffered a few of these and the problem stems from the fact that they do not actively monitor the completion of a payment, but assume that once issued, it will complete successfully. My problems have been down to them not funding merchant accounts before a batch of withdrawals is processed. This results in the payment being "bounced" once the merchant account is drained, and a failure code should end up being sent back to the casino. With Neteller, there is no transaction code generated, and the lack of this indicates the payment failed. This is not monitored, but can be discovered by asking CS about the withdrawal, and if they say it has been processed, asking for the transaction or completion code. If they can't retrieve one, it indicates something has gone wrong. CS can't say what has gone wrong, neither do they have direct communication with finance to find out for you. They have to email finance, who may or may not deal with the query. If it gets too much, complain to eCogra who can go over their heads and force communication between the different departments, which will flush out the problem. This is how I managed to find out what was going wrong on 1 in 3 of my withdrawals for 9 months. Once eCogra got involved, it forced management to make changes to procedures. This reduced the number of problems, but did not eliminate them.

I really find it surprising that such a well accredited casino would have these types of issues. I can understand why you didn’t go back Choply. I tend to expect the 24-48 hrs timeline that The Viking experienced with AllJackpots, especially since I’ve been playing at allslots for years and had withdrawals in the past with no problems. I suppose it is an issue with funding, or something along those lines like you mention vinylweatherman. I’m going to take your advice and give them until Tuesday, that will be 8 business days, and if I don’t have my payment by then, I will contact eCogra. It’s just too bad that allsots is flaking out like this. I’ve spent tens of thousands of $$$ with them over the years and have had some good payouts along the way. In past, I've also been quick to recommend them as the best casino out there. I really hope they can get back to the way they use to be. Otherwise, I'll suppose I'll give AllJackpots a try, or if anyone could recommend another good, honest, fast payout casino, I'd certainly appreciate it!

If you can play at 32Red (not sure what the situation is for Canadian players?) then there really is no other choice for MG IMO.

I honestly can't think of a single reason for anyone to ever play MG anywhere else, unless they like the bonuses/VIP perks etc at other MG casinos.

I've quit playing MG completely now, but that's a software thing, not a casino thing. Of the withdrawals I did make from MG casinos (which weren't as regular as I'd have liked :D) 32Red were always the quickest, always zero hassle, seven days a week. Great CS on live support/email too.

I went through a few accredited MG casinos and they all dicked me around on withdrawals, with the exception of 32Red.
 
Still no payment from Allslots

Thanks again Chopley. I've played a little bit at 32Red in the past, but not much more than a few time. Now that I'm questioning Allslots payout delays (tomorrow will be day 9 and still no payment received) I think I will give 32Red a real try. One of the most important points for me when playing online is feeling like I can trust the casino, especially with customer service and timely payouts. That's something that I felt I had with Allslots until now. I know it's the same old grumble but it just frustrates me knowing that there is zero delay when they are taking my payments, but paying out the winnings is a whole different story!
