experience with millionaire casino beware!

lost 400 in blackjack from error and still havent been paid, here is relevant chat, the last 2 hands i played there is no evidence of and money is gone

you: i lost 400 on last hand but from error
you: 2 200bets
you: im from casinomeister so it would be nice to help me out here

Darvey: Nathaly never informed you that there is $400 missing from your account. She just informed you that she noticed that your balance was $775 and realized that at the time your balance was $375. She just couldn't find any game logs reporting your $400 difference.
 
Suggest you contact the representative, SabrinaCoins, on this. Let us know how that works out.

So you are saying that you didn't make the 2 $200 bets? and there is no game log showing that you did?

This is an example where someone isn't explaining very well what they are trying to say . I wish people would be more clear in these types of posts .
 
ban me for what, u guys are nice, i did play 2 hands of 200 on my last hand but the game log says otherwise but the problem is im out 400 and they admit they cant see why or how i lost 400 but just like magic its gone, just trying to give ppl a warning, should i keep it to myself next time? i play as much as anyone on here but dont mind not sharing my experience to ppl like kk

u think cuz i have 17 posts im new to this lol, been an online gambler since the beginning of online casinos

trying to contact them max, it seems hopeless

I dont think anyone has a problem with with you sharing your experiences.

The problem is you shouldn't be using Casinomeister as a threat or bargaining tool to try and get a problmem solved. Its highly frowned upon.

Bigtimegambler: It almost sounds like you're claiming you work for CM or something? Very weird way to approach a support issue, in any case (imo) - sounds almost threatening in tone.

I sympathise with what I think you're trying to say happened - if it's indeed true, that is. And I appreciate that English isn't your first language and I know sometimes that creates unintentional misunderstandings.

I've experienced something very similar myself on flash casino software. I actually have screenshots as it happened so often, I eventually took a screenshot when the software froze, then another screenshot upon re-entry - and a WHOLE new hand was being played, one I did not instigate with any form of betting action, and apparently I'd LOST my money the previous hand, although the logs showed no result in history. When I presented the screenshots to the casino manager, his response was to ask the software provider if there were any bugs.

They responded, somewhat shockingly (lol), "No known bugs exist."

That was the response to my screenshots SHOWING the bug. Amazing. But I'll post that complaint and full story another day.

So I'm willing to accept that your story may be true. However, Millionaire Casino CS is AMAZING. And I'm tempted to side with them in a dispute where unknown variables are in play. If what you're saying is true, I suggest you approach the issue with more finesse (not that I can preach on 'finesse') - but you're likely to get a more helpful response than if you come out sounding like you're making threats.

From my experience with a similar incident where I was furious and complaining to Millionaire CS about it - they cut you a lot of slack. I'm embarrassed to admit I was completely and utterly in the wrong (didn't understand how pay-lines in Slots work and was complaining that I'd hit a Feature but the symbols weren't even on an active pay-line - CS was fantastic, especially the Supervisor who [with great patience and without being condescending, succinctly explained to me the situation]).

*embarrassed blush*

But :thumbsup: to Millionaire CS.
