Evolutions Live Games scam, can someone explain?

So we have evolutions game we have game live game deal or not deal - typic live game .

So we chose stake for qualify easy or very easy hard - we chose very easy bet we chose bet bet example im dont know 10 costs 900€ we got qualify . we chose top up - thats means we wonna add more money to specyfic cases ..

and SUPRISE SUPRISE WE GOT STUCKED in one case we can swift to other cases to top up other cases - THIS IS NOT CORECT ! ERROR - SCAM wha the f is this ?

how we can later explain live support evolution scaming us ? this is typical error in this game - not possible switch case to top up .

AND where is problem there - problem is pretty simple player cant switch case number 16 to other case to top up adding more money - AND THIS IS NOT CORECT THATS NOT HOW THIS GAME SHOUD RUNNING TO FROZEN TOP UP UNDER ONE CASE.

THIS is not first time im see this so what the f is this evolutions cheting players ?

So in simple words they not allowed player switch orginal first chosen case to top up you cant top up other cases WHY ?

CLICK in screnshot you see white ram under chosen case in begging - and from this point player click top up to top up other case BUT NO GAME NOT ALLOWED PLAYER TOP UP OTHER CASE only this one case with white ram can be toped up

Looking at our results from Evo:
March: Negative on live
June: Insane negative on live

That means players win, last month A LOT! So it's def not a scam.

Assuming those games or provider is a scam, is an indication of a gambling problem to be honest.

im probably find solutions its just problem if overal bet in evolution in this game is from 0.1e till max 9000€ like general then additional specyfic gambling sites can request or set up just additional lower limits for specyfic live games.

So thats why button add more money to case suddenly got frozen beacose player play in some low limit site who set up on their own additional limits for specyfic games.
