Wondering why so little forum support for this casino?

Microgaming software. Fair treatment (of me anyway).
Nice CS people, quick, easy, toll free phone access.
AND YET - no mention on CM pages among Accredited, Rogue or even "warnings"?
It's as though Europalace doesn't exist - almost.
A few discussions by members ...

I started playing there more than 2 years ago,
but being a 32Red club Rouge member that's where I spend my time - despite being down a few grand.
18 mths ago won a decent chunk there in a tournament. Without that I'd be out in the streets with a tin cup!
32Red folks always impress.
But last 6 months play there hasn't been real kind.

Can't blame anyone for my losses.
Immortal Romance owes me ! All my fault - chasing impossible dreams.
Elusive those 5 I.M. wilds hey!? Got 4 of em twice in 2 weeks last month.
Big payout on one... and still out of pocket!
So often don't make the Play Through...

Went back over to Europalace a few days ago
Unexpected email offering a "New Year bonus" thingy.
My 50 dep matched - the 100 went down to 16 then Wow!
Sarah smiled sorta nice at me.
Could almost smell 1K cash out but forced to endure the inevitable cold snap.
Grabbed $500 soon as WR was met and made a quick getaway.
But look...
Nobody ever really talks much about EUROPALACE so thought I'd share some screenies -

what i know of this place is they have same support and pitbosses as the fortuneloungegroup.. they are a single casino but offers kinda same way as i mentioned the service the pay ect.. good enough.. they offer me not much in bonusses unless u are getting active..my last offer when i lost couple hundred.. they start to offer me bonus of 55%upto kinda 200 orso..u will get twice a week this offer mostly the mail comes in thursday and sunday nights..thats my experience..

Might give Euro Palace a shot. I have been playing Immortal Romance allot at 32 Red and still nothing comparative to those screenies... I might see how my luck goes at Euro Palace

It is not the only FL white label either, they have a few others that have a similarly low profile. Often, they are targetted at a narrow market, unlike the main brands. I recall Goldfishka being another white label, targetted at the Russian market. Forums that cater for players in these markets will probably give these casinos a HIGH profile.

I've seen that word brandied around alot but to honest, have no idea what it means 'white label'?

Anyway back to the topic. Nothing wrong with Euro palace. It is one of the few casino's i used to have on my computer downloaded versions anyway). The only reason, i took it off is because minimum in my currency deposit is $30 and I only do $20 deposits at a time Low roller, thats me

I had problems getting paid last time by Platinum Play (Fortune Lounge), over a non existent issue and haven't played there since. I had to get the Casino Rep here to intervene.

I have been playing at Euro Palace a bit recently and have my first withdrawal pending. There is no way I would have joined this casino had I known it was affiliated with this group
