Not sure if Valid Complaint

Hi there,
I think this is equal parts responsible gaming and an operational complaint. A few days ago, I was playing at ComeOn Casino and had turned a $200 deposit into about $7500. At that point, I contacted customer service and basically said I want the account closed and money withdrawn because I was liable to lose it all and couldn't let that happen (transcript attached). Reading up on it since I think they're supposed to clarify if an account closure is supposed to be interpreted as self exclusion..I feel like anybody would have read what I was saying as signs of somebody with a gambling problem.

CSR pretty much said the account couldn't be closed until the withdrawal was processed, but that I could put a 'spend limit' on to make sure I couldn't lose everything I had won. I instantly put a spend limit of $500 on the account, then went back to playing. An hour later, I'd lost everything down to $1000 before snapping out of it and contacting support again. The agent seemed surprised that my 'spend limit' didn't do anything, and sent the issue off to the responsible gaming team.

All that to say - is this something where there's any chance of being refunded that I should pursue or am I out of luck? I've gambled for years and haven't really had anything like this happen..typically I accept losses with grace but in this case I did go out of my way to try and protect myself.

Thanks for any advice!
Ryan

It doesn't really matter.
You obviously have ZERO self-control and the only way you will ever "win" is to stop gambling completely.

Man you have a serious problem - please get some help.

Have you looked at adding an Amazon affiliate link to "Allen Carr's EZ way to Quit Gambling" to ensure you can keep addicted gamblers in your sales ecosystem even once they've moved on? If I manage to recover the $7000 I'll be happy to use your link!
