Euromoon Casino confiscated winnings.

Hello all,

I won 2000€ on this casino after making several deposits of 50€.

So i made my withdrawel and waited. After a day Jeremy (vip manager) told me take a bit from my winnings back and keep playing because this way
the financial department would see i'm active ??? Found this strange but did what he wanted.

After some days of waiting i took another 50€ from my winnings and sended them back to my account to play with. (for some reason if u want a deposit u cant stop playing at this casino)
Now it seems i pressed once on the wrong button (maxbet/by mistake), and because of this (no bets >30% of deposit allowed) i seem to have lost all my winnings ? (lol?)

Do i see it wrong but when money is being placed in a withdrawel section, and by this separated from the 50€ i was playing there is no way that a bet made with the last 50€ can make them confiscate all my winnings ? (imagine it was already sent to my account ?) The wrong bet gave me exactly 0€ winnings btw and never i added money from this last 50€ back to the withdrawel section.

What can i do pls

Wouldn't be too hopeful of getting anything from this casino. Sure there is a thread somewhere about fake net ent games and license's and stuff.

Not 100% sure though but it is really strange they told you to take some winnings back and carry on.

Hope you do get yours cash though buddy.

Aw man, I hate reading these sort of threads where dodgy bastards have taken advantage of seemingly genuine people/players.

I didn't knew it was possible all these things. And i decided to never play online anymore even if i like the games more then in real casinos.
Also after all these problems i found out this casino cant even accept Belgian players >.< I thought that asking on their chat was enough for an honest answer but they just told me Belgians could play there without a problem so i thought everything was ok.

Also asked them to else just give all my deposits back and keep the winnings. As i'm not allowed from my country to play here already i dont want more problems. But they just dont answer on that. So i feel the need (and i have the responsabilty) to report them to the Belgium gaming commission. (

Its also from that point i knew already i wouldn't get my money. If u didn't broke their 30% rule seems they have enough other things to take your winings.

They are known to do everything possible to avoid paying winnings. We had a player where they sneaked in an extra 5$ bonus while he was playing already with a deposit bonus and trying to get through the wagering. Since he had a balance of over 1000 he didn't realize it that something extra was added. Later when he tried to withdraw they confiscated all winnings based on the 30% rule which of course was easy to break = 30% of 5$ is just 1.66; with that balance surely one bets higher than that.

It is after all the "world wild web", especially when it comes to online gaming. I suspect about 50% of online casinos are rogue who never have an intention to pay players or at least do everything possible to avoid it.

My best advice is to stick to the Accredited List here at CM, chose those which have the highest ratings and you will be guaranteed fast payouts, good customer support, large and legit range of games, nice promotions and very important, help from the casino reps and/or this forum should you ever encounter problems.

Problems/mishaps are a normal thing to happen, for me it is always indicative to see how casinos handle them and how quickly they get resolved. That for me is always a good indicator how much they care about their players.

About the only thing you can do is contact the payment processor that you used (Neteller, CC, bank, etc) and let them know that the casino's software is pirated copies of an original, and that they should be shut down. Demand your money back.

I used several ways to pay (sofort and paysafe card), also tried visa once but as i didn't went i didn't used.
Even blocked my visa card now to be sure as i dont trust them at all anymore.

Are you authorising the player to issue a chargeback in this type of situation (pirated games)? Normally, a chargeback means an instant ban from CM, regardless of whether or not the act is lawful in the players' own country under it's consumer protection and banking laws.

The casinos in question are vigorously denying that the games are illegitimate, even though they now seem to be removing them for "other reasons", and otherwise conduct their business in a rogue manner.

Ofcourse i didn't made any deposit and ofcourse they keep sending me promo's by mail.
So when i'm in war with their vip manager "Jeremy" i can atleast play a bit on their fake games.
