english harbour group not refunding funds

the 8 or so casinos belonging to the english harbo:lolup:ur group closed their doors on aug 1 They said they would refund any balances in accounts but they are not doing so. They no longer answer emails either. Be alert to possible credit card fraud with these jerks. If you have deposited funds ever using a credit card be smart and get a new card.
 
They never paid me or deposited into my account the "returned check fee" I was charge

when their check bounced the first deposit attempt. I sent them 5 emails with the information they requested attached. They never responded and never paid me or deposited the amount into my account to play. This was around July 5th or so.

That stinks:mad:

What evidence do you have that they are committing credit card fraud?
 
English Harbour group refusing to return balances as they close

All of the 8 enlish harbour group casinos are now closed. They promised to return balances via their cash out process. As soon as I learned they were going to close I started making the max weekly withdrawls from my accoung over about 5 weeks. Thank goodness I did it early because I did get most of my money back. However the week they were closing they indicated via email that they would return my remaining $10k via wire transfer to my checking account. It never showed up and emails I sent to them were not answered. So they ripped me off for $10k.

SOME ADVICE: If you have used credit cards or bank accounts to either withdraw or deposit to their casinos I would get new credit card and bank account numbers. These folks have lots of information that was required to withdrawls including drivers licenses and lots of other stuff too. I would not put it past them to sell that information to someone. Be safe. Take the time to change any account numbers used by these idiots:mad::mad:

@zippedup: I see you've posted multiple threads on this same topic (now merged together here). This is called "wallpapering" and/or "cross-posting". Please don't do it. And do have a read of our Forum Rules wherein you'll see that this kind of activity is not welcome here at Casinomeister.

Part of the problem is that those players having problems are being "stonewalled", receiving no response to their reasonable requests for information as to why they have yet to receive their funds as promised. This is old fashioned lack of communication, but has now fuelled rumours that the casino has not just closed, but "done a runner" with the unpaid balances.

There is also a discussion about some "glitch" in tournaments that has been around for YEARS, yet only NOW seems to be getting used as grounds to confiscate the closing balances of a few players deemed to have "hacked" the software in order to attack this weakness to gain an advantage. This money rightfully belongs to the PARTICIPANTS who, over the years, were put at a disadvantage in the tournaments, but the TIMING means that the opportunity to offer these ill gotten gains back to the disadvantaged participants has passed, and it is simply going to be kept by the owners of EH group. These illegitimate tournament wins should have been confiscated long ago, and offered up to the non-cheaters through the tournament system, perhaps through freeroll events from which those deemed to have cheated were excluded.

I have attached the communication I received regarding withdrawls I was supposed to receive. The docment includes my casino ID numbers for the three casinos Gina was cashing out for me. I received all of the checks and the one wire transfer for 5k.The wire transfer actually was 2 transfers totaling 5k The final two wire transfers one for 4824.18 processed 7/25 and one for 4676.46 processed 8/1 were never received.

I am sorry i got fiesty in my commuication to casinomeister but when I sent emails for Gina asking for her to check on the wire transfers I never heard back. Thanks for checking into this for me My direct email is zippedup@aol.com

sorry it was my mistake I posted to the wrong room first time then couldnt find it and thought it never made it. It was not intenional sorry
 
I have emailed the EH forum rep

No reply to my PM's to EH forum rep. They owe me money and they know it. They have know this since 7/8/11 well before they closed yet have ignored all emails.
