Seems like RG is that you have to lose the deposit fast. It's a no-no to get decent playtime out of small deposits.

Meanwhile the casino gives players the option to deposit thousands and thousands in one go, but then they freak out if someone actually gets hours of playtime from a small deposit. Seems weird, but what the hell do I know?

Mecca though - their RG is nuts. For weeks, the site would put up an inescapable pop up suggesting I set a deposit limit - which I had done years before, and which was £10 a week, and still was. And that would be a daily suggestion.

Then I got an email thanking me for self-excluding across their portfolio (which I hadn’t, nor did I want or need to.)

I emailed them and asked them to confirm back that it was a technical error. They sent me a survey asking for my opinion of their service instead. Their live chat confirmed no exclusion.

Wary of playing there at all now. What a mess Rank are.

same think happen in Pokerstars deposit £300 played about 3-4 hrs got block from playing, but not from cashout, next day got email, i did replay and got unblock, if Casinos they going treat as like kid thank fk it Crypto casino all way, if casinos doing this just to shut up UKGC ok cool, if they going to start asking as for sow and block are cashout no way I will risk my money in UKGC casinos...p.s.
