Emailed bonus/reward in error

Hey Guys,

Just wondering what your view is on being emailed a bonus/reward and either not actually qualifying for it to actually recieve it if that makes sense.

So i was emailed an email saying i get a reward but i didnt participate in the promo...

Any views

Hmmmm might be just a genuine error or they are just trying to reel you in, login play the free spins and then make a deposit.
I do not know this casino to be honest so I am not sure about this.
Did you ask CS? And did you check if the spins are really there?

If you have them I would ask CS if they are genuinely handed out and if it is okay to play them.

Ok update. Logged in. Used the codes which i blanked out in the above photo, They didnt work...
Spoke to chat and sent photos in chat...

After a very long 15 minutes. They added both to the account. Cash has 30x with max bet $1 and spins have 25x with max bet $2 and spins are at 0.50 bet. No max withdrawal. Spins funds convert to bonus and then to cash after wagering.

I have played there recently but the period for the promo was 15th to 17th march and i didnt deposit the required amount in that date period. Actually i dont think anywhere near. Heres the promo link they ran. I think i deposited like $20 in the period if at all... But it was good they provided all the info on the site.

Tbh i didnt even know there was a promo on hahah
