Duplicate BGT games

I have noticed, that on some site game listings, some games appear twice -

Search Opal on Rizk, and it brings up Opal fruits - twice.....

Bonanza does the same thing on William Hill - although there are some very small graphical differences between the two icons.

Does anyone know why? Are they actually different versions?

I'm intrigued.....

It’s down to which network is providing the games. Some sites get them from SGI, some from NYX. Some both.

Yeah, don't grind Lil Devil or Royal Mint on one and then play the other cos they don't crossover.

So why have both? Do they run different RTP's or versions... i appreciate that the games come from more than one network - but as an operator wouldnt you just run one or the other?

I think it depends who the casinos have agreements or contracts in place with. Some of the larger ones may have many, hence if the game is available via said contract / part of a package deal then it shows twice.

A properly organised set up would chose one or the other, sloppy IMO!

Also dependa on where the player is from. I used to play btg on with relax provider until it was blocked. Now I can only play on loto quebec. Or...

My experience (for what it's worth) is play the NYX version if it's there. My encounters with the Microgaming one have been rather miserable losers. They're both the same game but my guess would be the NYX version sees more action so there's money passing through it. I never seen the Relax version so I don't really have any info on that.

Ive always done better on the Quickfire version.
I think its like with most slots, you need to catch them at the right time, and then what version you play wont matter.

Casinos could clean up their game lobbies that no locale would show same game twice but as there are so many and jurisdictions changing all the fcking time which is ok where and when and again not so kind of understandable that they show everything what's available (maybe tomorrow something is blocked from one locale and that was version you left there and now there is none at all).
