My Complaint is against bgo they sent me Promotional emails enticing me to open a new account with them I used the same mobile number to open the account, so surly it should of flagged up on there Systems that I had Self excluded myself permanently only three months before. But instead it didn’t?? Instead they sent me a verification code but instead of it been a random number it was the same Verification number used to open the first account so my question is how can I have a duplicate account but the same verification number 1823 Nov 2016/ 1823 Feb 2017 I photo prove.
They aloud me to open the new account Deposit funds and Gamble it wasn’t till won a lot of money that they closed the account confiscated all funds. But one of there Terms and conditions with the gambling commission is that if they allow you to gamble Daniels close your account but instead of confiscating refund they are meant to pay you out?
My argument is if it’s the same verification code then surely it is the same account?
