Nothing personal against Phil, but I found it odd he ignored people questioning Drvegas money issues and delays with payments, instead he directly answer one or two specific withdrawals mentioned.

Surely makes sense even to state 100% no money issues exist at all. But to no do this has made me even more wary. Just my opinion.

I agree, But you have to remember they have to be very careful what they can say, Admit it will not hurt to rinesure us all is good, Main thing is people are paid off,

They lost alot of deposits of me due to not knowing whats going on,

We was told someone was only getting 100 cash in cheques than comes out it was 1100,

I agree with nutnut, and considering there have been numerous complaints from numerous people, some more than once per person, I find it hard to believe that all those would be due to KYC or wrong addresses on Skrill, especially when some people had the delay more than once (meaning what, KYC done multiple times on the same customer on every withdrawal?) especially when not a single person after getting paid has quoted that as what they were told the reason for the delay was. Its not as if they wouldn't know as surely KYC would require docs to be sent.

Regarding the cheque, the member who mentioned that was extremely clear on the amount then saying there were 10 more coming because of the max amount. It looks like at least part of it was copied and pasted from the withdrawal page as it has the date and time stamp on.

Numerous people saying no emails, yet Phil says emails being sent as normal, well not to me they aren't, I was getting almost one a day, not had one in weeks, and I check my junk mail every day too, so they haven't gone there.

Sorry I thought I had when I said pretty much all players are paid on the day of withdrawal but then explaining why there may on occasion be a delay.

Just to re-iterate and state it categorically there are 100% no money issues at all and to offer further peace of mind, we have all deposits and withdrawals covered through a Medium category protected segregated account.

I did not disagree with him. Something is not right as I have stated many of times about the emails and why all the wrong addresses business is a mystery to me. I belive that somewhere along the line there has been a major cock up,

I had a first go in a while and had a 100 withdraw on the 29th, I nether contact CS or the rep, Due to the weekend and new year and all that, I said to my self I will give it till Tuesday as back to normal working hours, Well earlier just a few minutes after thinking that and checking the state on withdraws across a few sites I received the skrill email :)

Payment from Dr, On a Sunday and new years day, I think I read that can take 3 days now with the new rules, If they pay wiithen the 3 days than I be more than happy to play as long as I know its only 3 days max,

Any way touch wood things are picking back up :)

Don't think so. My girlfriend withdrew £1347 just gone midnight last Friday (20th) been told today it is their standard practice for processing to take a full5 WORKING days. So at earliest it won't be processed until a week later. But reading previous posts I think that would be too much to hope for. She also withdrew similar amount from Red Queen on Sunday night and it was processed early this morning. The review for this casino is misleading as when we read the review for this casino , Dr Vegas looked a decent site and as she was told this is their standard processing time I think the review here should be updated to reflect this unbelievably long time to even look at the withdrawal so customers are not misguided. Personally, I do not understand why a casino would do this as all the time they are hanging onto your money you are not depositing again and we definitely will never play here again.

I do believe she will get her money as she is 100% legit and has already sent in all her docs even though she wasn't asked but my point is she was told today that it is ' standard for withdrawals to take 5 days to process, 5 working days'. This is apparently their standard procedure and should be reflected in any reviews. I have also seen similar complaints on other sites from'legit' players who have been led up the garden path for weeks by this site and the reviews on the sites reflect this and they have given much lower scores. This needs to be pointed out on this site as casinomeister is a popular reference point for many players and the 9.2 is too high for a casino with these conditions. That's all.

Signed up here the other day went to withdraw 320 to get told there is a 5 day pending manual withdrawal, then afterwards the usual time to bank account.

Needless to say it will be the last time there too much competition in the marketplace to be waiting around that long. Oh but in the meantime I can reverse it if I want yeah right!

Update so they approved it now just the usual bank wait. Could be better with the wait times for the manual check for sure tho.

I total agree, I did agree to the terms but terms did not state there will be down time, and that down time was the only few minutes gong spare, I remeber a thread some time back about how long a bonus should last.

They have no say (chat hosts) on this site, in all fairness I was lucky to get 10 free spins, very good site in my eyes for small rollers, what they need is a good manager. I can not even moan that they have shit customer service as every time there quick all polite and compared to 99% of sites they are on the ball, just that the boss do no give them any balls to do a good job.
