8.5 Meister points - not too shabby!

Was so much better as Quicksilver, 10 years ago I has collected all those cards for £5 get £5 free for the high street shops, due to illness I couldn't goto the high street I mentioned them to live help and they let me use them all online, when they became Dr Vegas the magic was gone and they became like all the others.

I do like their unique games though it is good they are different to most of the others.

Yes yes yes!

1000 times better when Quicksilver.

Know the staff real well in our local QS shops so daily frees a plenty

Also online, had a daily 'free' earner on there back in the day, free bingo 8-9pm (paid into bonus funds) with low players and then used the bonus money 9-10pm for decent cash prizes (even lower players)

This then acted as my 'risk free deposit' for slots. Used to cream Cleopatra* most days, was not greedy but very regular banked £30-£100 for nowt!

*The 'proper' old school Cleopatra not the junk pile of dog dirt that's 'everywhere' these days!

I am not really happy at all with them to be honest..

I have been waiting since early this afternoon, no updates.

I went and chatted to them just now to be told I do not need to send any documents, that my account is validated but they just want to manually check the withdrawal. How long can that actually take. I signed up with them because it stated instant, I could have used any of my usual betat, Guts, thrills, casumo I would have had it by now :mad::mad:

Still waiting..

I hope the rep will be around today... I know it is summer so he may be on holiday - but customer support are not helping things..

I asked if there is some problem with my account that results in every withdrawal being flagged for 'manual processing' and the answer I got was 'the withdrawal will be approved soon'

Not what I asked, and 'soon' is hardly definitive..

Also, last night I was told a Manager needs to approve it.. Thats nice.. So ask him to.. I cannot figure out what is causing these delays, they have said they do not want my documents so what is their hold up.

I know it is not like I am waiting days, but I only deposited here for their 'instant withdrawal' facility.. So far am yet to experience that it is a reality..

We would like to apologise for the delay, yesterday and early this morning we have been updating our Neteller api integration and unfortunately this has lead to a number of delays as we ensured that everything is working correctly following the api changeover.

From around 10am this morning the integration is now working perfectly and we have also added 2 new exclusive slot games, Honeypot Slots and Beach Cocktails. If you could let me know what you all think that would be great.

Their T&Cs aren´t very clear:

From the general Bonus terms:

" 1. Bonus is not withdrawable or transferable, however, any winnings generated will be added to your account after the wager requirement is met."

"5. 35x wager requirement must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn."

Is the bonus actually non-withdrawable even after finishing wagering?
Is wagering 35x bonus or bonus+deposit?

It's 35x bonus amount. We go cash before bonus, if you win with your cash you can withdraw straightaway but you will forfeit the bonus in your account. Once you have finished wagering, the remaining bonus and wins from bonuses will transfer through to your cash balance and can be withdrawn.
