Seems to be mostly dodgy Playtech-based casinos with this game
The least dodgy I could find is Play Ojo - which is Casinomeister Accredited.

Dream Catcher is a Wheel of Fortune type game that can have a Multiplier applied to wins.
The game was developed by Evolution Gaming (Not Playtech), so you'll find it at most casinos that have an Evolution Live Casino.
Interestingly Playtech launched their own version "Spin to Win", but it was taken down after a few days. It did look like a straight copy of Dream Catcher although I saw the wheel jamming so it may have been withdrawn because it was not fit for purpose.
The casinos mentioned above are all good places to play.

Yeah, I've seen the dream catcher clip where the wheel just keeps on spinning. I'll let people make their own minds up, but you don't need a degree in physics to realise the wheel wouldn't just keep on spinning indefinitely without some help. There would be enough friction from the flipper, broken or not, to slow it to a halt in due course. The rolling resistance coefficient can be applied even with something as flimsy as a broken flipper acting as the resistance.
After the initial force is applied, it seems to slow down to a near constant (slower) speed. Obvious discrepancy between the initial rate of slow down vs the speed it then 'bottoms out' at.
