Payment issues (processing of withdrawals) in general I believe Bryan.

Their support information in not a true reflection on the information provided here / older minion data (players being told 3-5 days regardless of payment method)

I placed a w/d request around 2pm UK time yesterday, will update minions data when received :thumbsup:

Edit: I have just been paid 6 minutes after posting this, oh the irony :rolleyes:

Howdy, I have been waiting since the 4th May with the wait authorisation next to my 75 quid withdrawal and was fobbed off twice but chat as the payments "in a batch file waiting to be authorised". Are the too poor to pay us?
 
Im sure you will both get paid quickly now you have posted in the thread, but the fact you have been waiting 5 and 6 days so far shows there are still major problems, despite Phil stating people are being paid quickly.

Just a quick update with in a couple of hours of my post Phil the casino rep had pm me offering help to look into my account. Thanks Phil credit were it's due. I have just looked in my account the withdrawal is now saying approved, I will post back when I have received the money.

Update.. Phil got in touch and the transaction is approved BUT no money in my bank account yet (Visa Debit). He is very reassuring though so hoping it's just a weekend bank thing. Why advertise the free spins etc etc to draw people in then scare them off by not paying them their winnings?

In their defence, this has NOT been the case, all genuine players HAVE been paid.

You w/d will hit your bank account around Mon/Tue @ approx 3.15pm UK time.

Like Jono said they always pay, maybe not as quik as we would like but other than some slow payments and Customer service that can not fart without permission than they are a good site, But the customer service things is with all sites,

What I have noticed is that if a withdraw from sites is not in your bank by two days than it normally goes in just after midnight on the 3rd or 4th day,

U.K banking is back in the 1960's

Yes, I never had an issues before. No money yet but as you assuming will be bank not Dr Vegas as it's the weekend. So withdrawal was the 3rd, now the 14th. I normally use PayPal on other sites but Dr Vegas doesn't offer.

Made a withdrawal on 8th of May still no sign of it been processed.
Was told on Tuesday my cheque will be processed and sent out today but still no sign of it processing.
 
I took a small withdraw out at gone 1 am this morning.

I was not going to mention anything and update this thread when received so there was no conflict of getting paid faster etc. Like I said it was only small to test things but already received it. 4hrs and 18 minutes to skrill

I wish it was more but the way things are I do not stand a chance. And in all fairness after taking a butchers of my history than no wonder :) Its a very small bit to pay considering what they have had of a small deposite since my last withdraw

But in any case all is good, I wish they would hurry up with them other games and Rig-no (ragging rhino) seems to have vanished altogether now

Only a few games working and thats when you can get on, managed to play abit than withdraw.

Good news is it does look like the site is getting updated as can see new landing pages ect when getting errors.

I am hoping once its sorted thats the end of all the gliches, no more excuse or they will lose me as a customer and no doubt lost alot already

Sorry I did copy it but I took a screen shot after, In any case I was chasing up a withdraw as was going to deposit, I had my last two withdraws witehn a few hours only small, Took out £50 yesterday and was finding out whats wrong, I was told that they have to manual check all withdarws :eek:

I said I am a small loyal player and should be no need to check my account

Instant reply so obvious a cop and paste but got this, Take note my withdraw is £50 not 50k and using ewlalet, Waiting for my game play? Are they being serious? no wonder why withdraws taking so long

A few games not working, Rhino is not nor is immortal romance, Other than that the site seems to be ok, getting the usal time out message as per UK regulations. Received the 20 free spins and depo macth in my account but no email. Won £35 with 20 free spins :) on lceoptra glory with 4 retriggers

I have not played the live casino yet but what I have opened all seemed to work ok

Raging Rhino is now working, still working on Elk content and Microgaming. Hopefully these should be soon.

I think the emails need slightly tweaking. I did speak to Ann-Marie on chat and she seemed to know the score so maybe its been spoke about.

In the recent email it states in the header

New game is the main point here as the email it self has a large picture of the game 1can2can

than states this

If One Can't then maybe Two Can and when it comes to toucans, they certainly can especially with 100 Free Spins!

Did he say why you were lied to when they said it would be sent on the 19th, I would ask him myself, but he's very selective on what he replies to on the thread.
Time and time again there are reports of withdrawals taking 5+ days, while you wouldn't expect a cheque to be delivered within 2 hours, over 2 weeks is taking the piss.

Nope he just sent out another cheque and cancelled the other cheque
So I'm guessing it got lost in the post or something.
 
Well they give good bonus with a good bonus structure which is better than alot of other place,

I had a withdraw early hours on Saturday morning and was paid Saturday late morning, Less than 8hrs,

I think it all depends on what time and work load, I know its not ideal but I am hoping now they have updated the site and things seem to be all working good than now they can fix on the cash outs,

I am happy playing there at the moment with all the bonus offers, Only site seems to be offering them at the minute. Get your moneys worth at least.

But I do agree if payments are still sketchy for some people than its not really good. I can only vouch from my experience, Since I start playing there regular a long time back there has been some hiccups but now seem to be back on track

I left the casino as I had to many problems and when I closed the account they were not that bothered... id only come back if things have changed ..like withdrawing funds into my account a lot quicker because one time I waited 10+ days ... Phil did sort me out tho, but seems if I didn't mention it here it could of taken a lot longer... if come back if I was offered a fat juicy bonus and withdraw times are quicker ....
 
Still at it....

Still having problems with them. I was promised after the last episode that all my withdrawals would be instant... well waited three days in pending last week nothing so reversed it. Won a bit more and now the new withdrawal is in pending... so much for instant
 
How are these guys even still accredited?

They are now saying there is no standard time frame for withdrawals - i mean really, what on earth?

Its been 6 days - still pending, what a joke.
 
You have to remember as much as I hate slow payments sometimes things happen as on any sites. There could be a number of reasons. I also know that it would be good for live help to be more knowledgeable but this goes for 90+% of sites out there now days,

Belive me old DrVegas is not a bad site I been playing there for years and only on a number of small occasions I my self run into a few slow payments. Thy are accredited for a reason, the boss does not accreditation sites for the fun of it, you have to also note that the boss will have alot more inside info than we do and if there was problems or something was wrong I am sure they would not be here now.

Yes slow payments is a pain in the arss but I also think they do not get enough merit.

This is only my opinion and off course every one has there own. I do not think you would of seen many if any complaints about no one being paid out at the end ? Why ? because they have not got feked up rules like most sites have to screw you over.

All sites have problems and belive me as much as I hate slow payments there not always slow.

There have been numerous complaints about slow pay for almost a year now, they might always pay but I said months ago there was enough to stop me playing there, and I stand by that. Phil always seems to step in as soon as someone posts on the threads and gets people paid, but no one should ever have to go to a rep to be paid.
I would avoid these until the complaints dry up personally.

However it would be nice to know exactly what their reverse / process policy etc is.

Seems to change when players ask support and random answers given.

Phil has never let us down at CM and is worth his weight in gold but with regard to this particular issue, I feel he can only do so much.

Yes there have been complaints about slow pay and I agree I have hit a few in my time time, only a few but still slow pay is not good. but come on Phill may take some time to get back but at the end of the day what other complaints have really come from the site? every site I know gets delayed payment bar a few,

Yes we want our cash and I am sure they would like to pay us out ASAP but some sites just have not got the facility in place as it cost money, sites do there best and other sites take the piss, they have things in place yet piss us about, I can put my hand in my pocket and say DrV has nether let me down on any paymnet, I had some instantly and others a few days, I am not here to big up any site or put any site down. Only my own opinion,

I not getting paid a penny for any think I say or would not accept any payment to say anythink, I speak the truth and only the truth unless we in trouble and no comment :)

But I repeat what other complaints have come from the site accept a few slow payments? It really rattles my box when people come on and say I flag the thread or send the boss a message. Belive me Bryan will know the score and like I said there not accredited for fun, There a bloody good site for small rollers or even high rollers but again check the withdraw limits as each level is diffrent.

Live help is useless But so is most sites and at least at DrV there fast and polite, I was playing there years ago before they was DrV and they have always had cash of me as I not rich and £10 £20 quid a time is a good deal with what they offer, remeber gambling is only for entertainment and any think beyound that is a bonus (cash out) so only spent what you can spare. I have not been around for a bit so unsure what the score is now days with sites ect as I not played much either. What I can say is that moan I had the other day about time running out on bonus was partaly my own fault, I knew the the time frame but when sites are down than at least give a 12 hour boost, but Like I said they do not seem to have any say (live help) Do I blame the casino? I really do not know but you have to give live help some sort of lee way.
