Dr Vegas withdrawal?

Thanks, we have changed the wording for future promotions to make it clearer.

We will be looking at ways shortly to add 3rd Party games to our free spins system in the coming months.

Phil as much as I love your site and without a doubt one of the best small roller sites going, best rules and no messing with the terms,

But I go back to the origanal post at the withdraws, I am a fair man that gives credit where due but I also cannot turn a blind eye as I have also got to look out for playes, We all know that you do pay out but the time frame is going beyound a joke, I know you have stated to us get in touch if any problems. Well you will find there is not many problems if any exept the slow wthdraws. It is kiling me having to type this but I have to be fair towards the players point of view.

Again I cannot eve complain about live help as they are fast and polite, you have a good game selection now and good rules but I repeat you have to give live help some balls and sort the cash out faster

Your site is the only site I have been playing on and if I pull out abit of change than please pay me my friend, faster pay outs will only beeter the site and s it goes you cannot get a much beeter of a site so its only the cash outs thats holding you back

Just thought I would add my thoughts to this thread. I've said before in another post that I really do enjoy playing at Dr Vegas. Phil their rep is a credit to them, always tries his best to sort out issues with payments, they would actually be top of my list if it weren't for the slow payments but enough is enough now.

I'm waiting on a withdrawal I requested on Monday morning. I gave Phil a buzz on here as it's so annoying how long it just sits there pending for and as it's a decent withdrawal it will help out for Christmas and I don't want to reverse it. I was advised by Phil that I had reached a withdrawal threshold or something along those lines, and even though I'm verified I had been sent a code to my address which I needed to give to them once I received it, then once I supplied the code all withdrawals would then be approved instantly.

Well I received the code today and provided Dr Vegas with this code at lunchtime on live help who told me that I had completed the further verification and my withdrawal would be authorised when the next batch was done.

I mentioned to them that I had been in touch with Phil on here and what he had said about my withdrawals being approved instantly once I had completed this address verification. The rep said he would pass this straight to management and to Phil (who by the way told me he is actually on holiday this week, yet he still answered my message) to get my withdrawal approved a.s.a.p.

Well I logged in to my account 5 minutes ago and guess what, oh yes my withdrawal is still sitting there saying wait authorisation!

I'm sorry but for an accredited casino this is just not good enough at all, as soon as I have received this withdrawal it will be bye bye Dr Vegas. Such a shame, but by the time I receive my money it will have been over a week since requesting it and I think that is just absurd.

It was approved with this evening's approvals list at 9:45pm

Hi folks, this will be my first 'proper' post, and it is in relation to Dr Vegas withdrawals. (thought id attach it to a previous thread to save making a new one when theres a popular recent thread still going)

Last weekend (sunday 19th), I made a withdrawal of a fairly small amount. (well, id actually originally made it on the 17th, but i reversed it, made some more money on 18th, tried again on 19th and lost some!). So its been sat since the 19th. I spoke to someone around that time on live chat that said it would be upto 5 days, couldnt tell me much more - fair enough. By wednesday 22nd i spoke again to someone on live chat and got even less from them.. hmm ok. Spoke again yesterday morning i think it was, on live chat to ask what was happening and was told immediately before id said anything, that they had forwarded it to be processed in the next payment list (approval list? or something).

Seems Phil is the one to help, so if your here Phil... Help?! I see you mention that a list last night went through late evening - i can't have made it onto that one - so can you or someone look into this?

So far i like the DrVegas site, I like the games on offer and the general setup. Now from experience and reading all this thread, it seems withdrawals are still a sticky point. Id like to say I'll come back - but I'd have to consider that, but maybe with the understanding I'll be waiting potentially should I be lucky with winning!

Thanks for reading!

If u think that is bad try withdrawing from Magic Red....20 days from the point of the withdrawal request till it hit my bank...almost 3 weeks ridiculous, and for 14 days or so it was reversible.

A little update following my previous (and pretty much my first proper post on here!), Phil sorted this out for me and my payment was received today, so thanks Phil! Not really sure what had happened, as the withdrawal had apparently been accepted a few days ago but wasn't showing on my account.

Sorted now, so thanks again to Phil!

That's great spoo glad you're sorted! As I've said before, if Phil can help sort any problems he will.

Wish I could say I was sorted though, still not received my withdrawal as of today. Oh well, will just have to wait and see, patience is a virtue and all that, haha!

:) Im usually quite patient regardless of what the situation is, but its moments when you know things could be done much better or quicker (or you know its done quicker or better elsewhere) that
usually is when my patience goes!

I was glad it was sorted anyway - it wasn't a large amount (to some folk here I would guess!) - but was great to see it very quickly in my bank! Now I can't say much about how long its lasted in the
last 24 hours! I went and played on 3 other sites, deposited all what Id gained - lost on one site, gained on the other 2 after almost losing it all - and now I'm back to square one! :D But I guess thats
how it is for most people that like to have a play on slots etc. My main fault is when I withdraw, go back to check how the withdrawal is going - then reversing it! So i tend to be veering towards sites
that once you withdraw, you can't go back on it! :D

I have been waiting a few days and counting to skrill if you see this Phil.

Come on, I can not say anything bad about the site but the withdraws need seeing to. I am a regular player for a long time and still wait upon payment. In this day and age there should be no need for it.

If the cash outs was faster than it would be up there with the best, especially for smaller budget players as games run good and bonus have no trouble, but the cash outs is on a next level I am sorry to say :(

Well after speaking to live help I am told that there is no time frame ??? but try to do it in 5 WORKING days, so I took mine out on early hours Monday they said its due for process this Monday, 1 whole week for a long standing player that deposits regular bassis is a piss take, I love the site but that withdraw takes the jimmy.

There review states 48hrs and longer for new players, This is a pretty new review that I see the boss done late last year so he must of spoke to someone and which in my eyes he was lied to. I do not know but 1 week for payment is a joke

Shame to see they are still taking forever with withdrawals. Like others, I enjoyed the site, and would have played there more, but for the time it takes to process payments has just put me right off depositing again because i know whats gonna happen should I win and withdraw an amount.

Well Phil has been on after you posted so no doubt you will get paid quickly now, but doesn't change the fact you shouldn't have to be posting on a forum to get your money.

Phil says 48 hours, review says 48 hours, live chat say something different, customers say different. Not hard to see where the misinformation is coming from.

No disrespect to anyone but the part I cannot believe is that we are still talking about this same subject over 12 months on and no improvements have been seen whatsoever.

Shame as others say a very good low roller friendly outfit.

FTR - not sure if its noted in the review etc but they've now DOUBLED* their WR on deposit matches, now 40 x D+B!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Saying doubled as most their bonuses are 100%'ers

I think he should reply to the thread and say why people are waiting weeks and months to be paid.
Sent Bryan a link to the thread, people shouldn't have to beg to be paid on a forum, they should just be paid.

I totally agree colin. People should not have to be commenting on threads or messaging the rep every time they have made a withdrawal. I have made 2 withdrawals myself early this morning and I've also dropped a message to Phil otherwise if I just leave it and wait it will take forever. To me that is not on, not in this day and age. It's obviously not just a one off problem here and there and I think there needs to be some clarification from Dr Vegas as to why the long waits on withdrawals.

Oh and as I used a paysafecard to deposit I will be paid by cheque, this still baffles me as most other sites will simply process it to your bank account, so my wait will be even longer. I was just about add, "well as long as I get my money" but actually no, just because I have no worries about actually being paid my winnings doesn't make it ok.

Hi, I'm having the same problems with withdrawals, I'm still owed two payments from back in November last year.
Damn, that is shocking. I thought that waiting months for a withdrawal was only to be expected from those cupacocoa based casino's. I would have thought that any casino worth their salt would look at the business models presented by their opposition and try to rival them, such as Rizk,Royal Panda and Videoslots rather that give the impression that they do not want customers to return.
They will never see a deposit from me

Still no reply to the thread from Phil either, thought reps were supposed to be active to stay accredited?
I think they should be removed from the accredited list now, rep doesn't reply and there are obviously major problems if it takes months for people to get paid.

I do not think they should be removed as you do not here many complaints and I think Phil addressee each post by PM. I know its not ideal and does not look good for the other players/members as they are not to know. I know slow payouts are not good but than its up to player to choose, but here is the problem.

One thing for certain is the accredited page needs to be updated and be accurate for sure. If it is 5 working days as per customer service than after missing the weekend its now minimum 1 week for cash out. Not only that but players need to know what the time frame is. If we know than there is not a problem as like I said its the players choice. But for feck sake be blunt and say 5 working days in terms, DO NOT beat around the bush and say up to 5 working days when its BS.

I still moan when my money is been sitting there because it simple should not be.

For a great little site like DrV to be wiped of the accredited list would be an insult to the industry, but just give a time frame that is accurate

I personally don't think its acceptable for a casino who advertise 48 hour payouts to remain accredited when some customers are waiting weeks and months? I completely agree that 'if' players know, then they can make their own choices. Personally, if a site says 'you may have to wait 2 months for us to process your withdrawal' I wouldn't play there, but if I did then I wouldn't complain if it took 2 months. However Phil has stated numerous times, 48 hours, so I would complain if it took over 48 hours. If the policy has changed, then where is his post telling the members that?

This isn't a one off, it seems to be regular, and, as I said earlier in the thread, nobody should have to post in a public thread to be paid. They should just be paid. Mistakes happen, but this isn't a mistake, its regular, and if the rep sees the post and gets you paid straight away it proves there are no problems with the withdrawal, its just DrVegas pissing people around for no reason.

As for sending cheques to people, well I have no words.

Ok, so I've just logged back in just to check if I'd had any response from Phil to my message. No reply but he has been on at 5:59pm. Phil has always been really helpful but the last couple of times I've messaged him I've noticed that he comes on here but doesn't seem to respond to messages unless you message (pester) him a few times first?

I'm starting to feel like a kid hounding parents for pocket money

What reason did they give for making you wait 2+ months?

Not had any reason yet just excuses.

this is the ID they are requesting from me now.

It has come to our attention that we have not received any documentation from you to verify your account.

To verify your account please provide us with the photo ID. Acceptable forms of photo ID are: full drivers licence, passport (or an international ID card for Europe only).

As well as a proof of address, please send all the below documents:

- utility bill (water, gas, electricity, landline phone bill)
- government letter (council tax, service charges, job centre, inland revenue, solicitors, police)
- bank statement (paper statement through the post, no online statement)
- bank card used to deposit showing the name on the card and the last 4 digits of the card number
- payslip (or any kind of proof of funds if payslip is not applicable)

I think they are using every trick possible to not pay me now.

That is a lot of proof of address documents they're requesting  usually Photo ID, bank card and 1 utility bill is enough at other casinos.

Normally they would be requested on the first withdrawal though, not the second and not 2 months after it was requested! It does sound like normal KYC though, assuming they haven't already been provided.

I would say so, no input in the thread for months, numerous complaints about extremely slow withdrawals, customer service stating different information to what Phil has previously stated. He's clearly read the thread though so is obviously happy for the situation to continue.

Just to update, Phil did answer my pm. He advised my withdrawals were just going through the standard withdrawal checks and the cheques should be being written and posted out and would be with me in the next couple of days. This was on 29/01/18. I logged into my Dr Vegas just to check and as advised the the status of my withdrawal had changed from "wait authorisation" to "being written".

2 days later and the status is still "being written". I'd hate to be waiting on a 3000 word essay from them :p

Haha pinnit, yeah you read that right, a cheque! Well 2 infact. I deposited using paysafe voucher and that's how they pay you if you do. I've never heard of anywhere else doing this?

I remember my first withdrawal years ago was a cheque (sun play or something) but didn’t think it still happened!

Not sure as never used the voucher but whereby iv deposited using MasterCard and can’t withdraw back I normally get a bank transfer done (eg LeoVegas)

Though the clearing house times all changed in November I think so you should get it quicker!

Still though... a cheque... ughhh

Yes, it's usually the same for paysafe deposits. Every other site I've used them on withdraw is done by bank transfer.

Yeah, I think I vaguely remember something about cheque processing times changing but not sure if my bank is up to speed with this. Apparently it will also be where you can take a photo of the front and back of your cheque and deposit it online by uploading the photo?

I've still not been paid by these yet. I have sent in about 7 documents, they asked for a pay slip showing my wages which was sent, Then they wanted another bank statement showing the wages going into my bank.

They have now refused that document and say they want the front of the bank statement as well!! nearly 4 months now and still not got anything.

It took them 2 months before they decided they wanted ID.

Cheques eh? Perhaps this is the future of online gambling? Casinos 'pay' instantly but it takes days to cash!

Although I agree in regards to AWOL reps, many of them are nice people but if they can't maintain their presence here consistently, it should be "3 strikes" & off the accredited list you go

In my opinion this is just not acceptable for an accredited casino. So I think they need to be moved to the grey zone if not the rogue pit. It is clearly unacceptable for withdraws to be sent by cheque to UK players. This needs to be stopped and sorted out asap!

Do us all a favour everyone. Stop depositing at Dr Vegas. Their is plenty of other great casinos UK players can play at. I recommend Videoslots!

Thing is Dream, they have very attractive offers for those with little budgets and low rollers (Eg: Deposit just £10 for 100FS) and quite regular too, I'd go as far to say every day!

This is why I said above about the potential to be great, been with these a very long time and withdrawals used to be within 36 hours at the most, even the bloody cheques (if you'd used Paysafe or back in the day Ukash vouchers) would arrive in 2-3 days time.

Not saying for one moment I agree with their recent ethics, If you look back thru this thread you'll see my continued disapproval but I can understand for reasons I listed here why players continue to play here.

Regarding Phil, I think he has been extremely helpful over the years and would continue to be, however feel his hands are seriously tied nowadays.

yet he doesn't comment in the thread and people are waiting 4 months for their money. The casino is a joke and if they offered me a 1000% deposit bonus I wouldn't take it if I was going to have to wait till Christmas to be paid.

I'm looking after it with Susan directly. She has moved, not updated her address on her account so never received any of the AVC's we had sent her .

We are just waiting to get all of her docs inorder.

Like I say not condoning their actions, simply giving my thoughts on why people still play there.
