Hi Pam,
As I have explained, as soon as your cumulative withdrawals get above a certain amount we have to carry out additional checks to adhere to AML rules which our Gambling Licenses are issued against. As part of the additional checks we send a verification code to your registered Dr Vegas and once we are satisfied everything is correct we then approve the withdrawals. We have sent a tracking code to you so you can track your code through the post and as soon as you contact us with your code we will approve the withdrawals or you and will be in your bank account the next day.
Thanks
Phil
I have started having a few deposits lately (small) as the bonus's are rolling in
Not won anything but when do we at any time Its good that you get an extra bit to play with and if / when lose you do not really mind as you have had something extra and had more play time,
Its why I do not ask or moan when I lose as I normally take a bonus and that is good enough for me
Here is the problem with all this verification rubbish, I appreciate that casino do this for a number of reasons but if there is a fresh hold before you do this than why no do it before hand? I am not saying send a code to every sign up but if you have regular players that deposit and withdraw than why not send them a code before the freshhold?
If someone withdraws a few 100 here and there than I would of thought it would be wise to send them a code before they hit the max allowed rules, that way why the code is being sent and they wanted a withdraw there would be no delays, doing it your way is just going to annoy player/s
