I think the emails need slightly tweaking. I did speak to Ann-Marie on chat and she seemed to know the score so maybe its been spoke about.
In the recent email it states in the header

New game is the main point here as the email it self has a large picture of the game 1can2can
than states this
If One Can't then maybe Two Can and when it comes to toucans, they certainly can especially with 100 Free Spins!
So all the signs are the 100 free spins are for that game
This is not a moan but thought I would let you know as this could confuse most players and would just take alot of live helps time

Did he say why you were lied to when they said it would be sent on the 19th, I would ask him myself, but he's very selective on what he replies to on the thread.
Time and time again there are reports of withdrawals taking 5+ days, while you wouldn't expect a cheque to be delivered within 2 hours, over 2 weeks is taking the piss.
Nope he just sent out another cheque and cancelled the other cheque
So I'm guessing it got lost in the post or something.
There have been numerous complaints about slow pay for almost a year now, they might always pay but I said months ago there was enough to stop me playing there, and I stand by that. Phil always seems to step in as soon as someone posts on the threads and gets people paid, but no one should ever have to go to a rep to be paid.
I would avoid these until the complaints dry up personally.

However it would be nice to know exactly what their reverse / process policy etc is.
Seems to change when players ask support and random answers given.
Phil has never let us down at CM and is worth his weight in gold but with regard to this particular issue, I feel he can only do so much.
