Dr Vegas withdrawal?

See I disagree, and think he should answer the questions and explain the extremely extended delays, and why he stated earlier in the thread what he did when clearly it isn't true. Surely his role on here is to be a rep for the casino, deal with player problems, concerns, and answer them truthfully. Ignoring them and not being truthful isn't what I would expect a rep to do, stuck between a rock and a hard place isn't a player problem, its not like this is a recent problem thats just happened, its been going on for months now.

Yeah have to agree that I feel that Phil is the 'middle' man on this one, pretty much lips sealed through no choice of his own.

However the big downside to me is that despite their limited games catalogue they had "won me over" as a pretty regular depositor and I had 100% trust and faith in them.

This thread has undone all that hard work and I am now very wary. Don't get me wrong made the odd 'blue moon' deposit still and got my latest cash out but still lie awake at night wondering if that "you ain't getting your dosh" e-mail is gonna show up :(

Phil I feel had given the answer he has.

Dr Vegas in a sense are letting him down also, maybe more so than us, as he is bearing the brunt and the customer side of things.

I'll revert back to an age old saying..."can only piss with the co*k you've got"

If he hasnt anymore info then as stated by other members Id also be uncomfortable answering questions in a public forum, as he is being held to these answers.

I've nothing much to add really except to say that I've posted my gee-gees already for today in the football thread. What are you backing today?

Hi all

I wondered if someone could help me..I registered with DrVegas tonight and had the 20 free spins no deposit and the £10 no deposit.

I managed a monster hit on Montezuma and managed to complete wagering for the bonus and have a big balance left over. It now says I have to deposit once before I can withdraw my winnings and my winnings will be capped at £100.

Is this just a case of me depositing £10 then withdrawing what I have straight away? I do not want any bonus attached to the £10 I will deposit.

I had a situation like this a couple years ago on a different site where I had to deposit before I could withdraw no deposit bonus winnings and I just deposited £10 then withdrew that £10 back along with the winnings from the bonus.

I'm hoping if it's the same with this casino.

Hi Andy,

If you deposit and don't accept the first deposit bonus then it don't be added to your account. With regard to wins on the no deposit bonus these are capped at £100 on your first deposit.

Thanks

Phil

You can comment quickly on a post from a new customer who might turn into a regular, yet the numerous posts complaining about payout times, you completely ignore?

Hi Colin,

I've been PM'ing with each player who has had an issues and sorting them out as each has had separate issues.

Thanks

Phil

Hi Phil, although that is most likely very much appreciated by the individuals concerned, could you also please address the public forum concerns, to put our minds at ease if nothing more?

Cheers!

Will do, to update everyone now has the cash in their bank accounts.

Also we'll be adding several new games to the site tomorrow, a new exclusive game next week (Dream Genie) and we will be turning on our new payment gateway. We'll also be adding Microgaming content to the site in late April.

Thank you for the reply Phil.

I wasn't sure the first deposit bonus was compulsory or not but your post has reassured me.

Sorry Phil you keep saying this but that is not what live chat mean. So either you are the only one not being informed of the truth, or live chat and everyone else who works their is doing the opposite. Withdrawals are only been processed quicker when you get involved.

Hey Phil, It should not really matter what name is in use, Jack or Jill or carpet head, The withdraws should be sorted ASAP, When asking for individual names so just they can be sorted is not good,

But I would like to say is that the bonus is back on track and as so you have had a few deposits of me, I have not been able to test the withdraw in a long time but always been paid without problem exept a slight delay once or twice

All I can say is I trust your site or I would not play but people want paying quick as possible, The quicker you pay the quicker you get it back, That is a fact, start putting delays on than you will not see nothing back

Sorry Phil you keep saying this but that is not what live chat mean. So either you are the only one not being informed of the truth, or live chat and everyone else who works their is doing the opposite. Withdrawals are only been processed quicker when you get involved.

Live chat?? DO NOT bother with any chat on any site,

I was lucky enough to hit a big win there on Sat night. Now I've played at this casino since they were Quicksilver and I have cashed out many times. Phil got involved on my last cash out which was sat stuck waiting authorisation and got it sorted quickly. But now I'm worried about the latest one. I had a message from support saying they were sending a verification code to my address but is this really necessary??? I've not changed address in over 3 years, and every other casino will accept a recent bill as proof of address. As their office is based in the UK they could even do an electoral roll search to verify me - why this verification code business which just delays things even more.

I have recommended this casino for years but now Im wavering, but I genuinely believe Phil is one of the good guys stuck between a rock and a hard place. If the management think that delaying payouts (they dont even allow reverse withdrawals so players arent tempted to play it back) is a good business tactic they are being extremely short sighted. Paying players promptly will make more players deposit and more players (and webmasters) recommend them.

Hi Pam,

As I have explained, as soon as your cumulative withdrawals get above a certain amount we have to carry out additional checks to adhere to AML rules which our Gambling Licenses are issued against. As part of the additional checks we send a verification code to your registered Dr Vegas and once we are satisfied everything is correct we then approve the withdrawals. We have sent a tracking code to you so you can track your code through the post and as soon as you contact us with your code we will approve the withdrawals or you and will be in your bank account the next day.

Thanks

Phil

I have started having a few deposits lately (small) as the bonus's are rolling in :)

Not won anything but when do we at any time  Its good that you get an extra bit to play with and if / when lose you do not really mind as you have had something extra and had more play time,

Its why I do not ask or moan when I lose as I normally take a bonus and that is good enough for me

Here is the problem with all this verification rubbish, I appreciate that casino do this for a number of reasons but if there is a fresh hold before you do this than why no do it before hand? I am not saying send a code to every sign up but if you have regular players that deposit and withdraw than why not send them a code before the freshhold?

If someone withdraws a few 100 here and there than I would of thought it would be wise to send them a code before they hit the max allowed rules, that way why the code is being sent and they wanted a withdraw there would be no delays, doing it your way is just going to annoy player/s

I think her point is, why do you do that? you don't have to, there are other ways of carrying out the enhanced KYC checks, I've passed them on numerous other casino's and not once had to wait for anything sent by post. If you insist on doing it, then you should do it early on in your relationship with a customer so there aren't delays when someone wins big. Considering how many delays there are already with yourselves, adding more is going to rouse suspicions.

Yes that is exactly what I meant. Maybe send out a code when the player makes their first deposit? I received my verification code this morning and have emailed Anita with it. Fingers crossed :)

M s

I think I'm done here with Dr vegas tried depositing 3 times £10 took my money from my bank and never credited my account and live chat said 24 hours it will be back in my bank 24 hours later it's still not back all due to this unexpected varification required

Three weeks and still waiting

Requested a withdrawal on 7th April which wasn't approved until the 13th. Contacted CS on 22nd asking why I still hadn't received payment. I was told Worldpay had missed some payments from the week before. Was also told the payments had been passed to a new payment gateway for processing.

Contacted CS about half an hour ago and was given the same story...oh, and an apology.

Has anyone else had to wait this long?

If it looks like bullshit, sounds like bullshit and smells like bullshit, then its probably bullshit.
Phil keeps coming on here saying withdrawals are done quickly, but its very clear they aren't by the numerous complaints going back months.
20 days for a withdrawal is ridiculous, and their accredited status should be looked at in my view.

Surely the Gambling Commission or something should be investigating?

Just wanted to say that DrVegas are as good as their word. After verifying the code they approved the first of my withdrawals and it hit my account today. The second has just been approved and hopefully I will see it tomorrow.

I don't understand why they are taking so long to pay other people and blaming Worldpay? If it's a verification matter all they have to do is say so. I have been browsing other forums that are full of complaints dating back to last July/August, about delayed withdrawals.

I withdrew from here early Saturday morning.
What with the Bank holiday today, I can expect my payment back to my card next Monday or Tuesday at the earliest?
Wish I had taken more notice of this thread

Umm

Maybe 3 weeks time?

It's beyond a disgrace to be honest, and I see Phil isn't bothering to reply anymore, Unless he is privately like he did with me.

I have just been told by live chat thats its 3-5 working days to get even it authorised.
So my request from Saturday morning might not even be authorised until next Monday, bloody joke really.

Hi, We have just brought our support team back to the UK to go along with a bigger push we have in the coming months, unfortunately they are still in training at the minute. The 3-5 days are to get to your bank and that is what should have been quoted. I would expect your withdrawal to be approved today and be in your bank account tomorrow.

Thanks

Phil

Sorry this is BS. This 'excuse' has been used over and over again and we were told weeks back that they were permanently moving to a new payment processor.

As mentioned Phil, we appreciate your excellent service to us CM members but this once great, up and coming casino has took a serious nose dive in the wrong direction.

I used to deposit here 2-3 times a week depending on disposable income that particular week, now Its ultra rare I drop the odd tenner in for the 100FS offers sent out.

The reason I've backed right off is this thread and this thread alone. Such a shame!

No offence Phil but I feel you're taking the pee out of us? Or you simply think we're stupid.

Every single live chat operator states 3-5 days pending BEFORE processed, this has nothing to do with training and several times now you stated they're wrong, if they're wrong like you say simply tell them, it does not require training to know difference between pending and processed.

Or simple still sack them!

Looking at pretty much every single post in this thread over the past 6 months, I would suggest 3-5 days for processing is actually faster than normal, but what live chat is saying is closer to the truth than Phil's 'they are done same/next day' comments, when clearly they aren't.

On Sky Vegas it used to take a few hours from the withdrawal been requested until it showed up in my Paypal account. But recently they seem to be paying out within the hour. I see little reason why other casino sites need to hold on to your money for days. And even worse that they dangle it in front of you in the hope you will reverse the withdrawal. To me, tempting you to reverse a withdrawal is in contradiction to any claim they may make about supporting responsible gambling.

Exactly what happened, cheers.

If this is going to happen every withdrawal for everyone, then thats bang on

I thought my luck was in yesterday but the wager got the better end of the deal  not won any think anywhere in weeks and weeks, The best bit about the barx win was it held on them bars
