WARNING Donbet.com : mishandled deposits, delayed and missing payments, and systemic Responsible Gambling failures

There has been a steady stream of complaints about Donbet over the past year or so, and they all appear to follow the same pattern:

• Players making deposits that never get credited to their accounts — and the casino offers no help tracking down the "lost” money.
• Withdrawals that take forever or never arrive at all.
• Serious Responsible Gambling failures, including accepting underage players and ignoring self-exclusion requests.

Donbet is part of the Santeda Group, which operates several casino brands (MyStake, VeloBet, Rolletto, GoldenBet, and CosmoBet) — all with the same reputation for slow-pay/no-pay and Responsible gambling problems. The group has been operating without proper licenses in the UK and EU, and recently Donbet tried to distance itself by changing its company name from Santeda to GTW B.V.

Between Donbet and its sister sites, the PAB team has handled no less than 14 cases in the last year alone. There are a lot of players having problems with this group. As such, we recommend Donbet change its name to Dontbet ...

WARNING: Donbet and the entire Santeda Group have shown that they have chronic problems crediting deposits, process withdrawals, and protecting vulnerable players where blatant Responsible Gambling issues are being ignored. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid Donbet.com and the other Santenda properties.

Can we just add to this that the Santeda casinos are STILL transaction laundering with debit cards - i.e using shell companies who have tags like bookstores, crypto selling companies, shopping sites - to hide the fact that transactions are for gambling. This is being clamped down on in a huge way by Visa and Mastercard now but this group don't care and will continue to advertise to children and others with issues in countries where they are not allowed to offer services.

Over the past couple of years, Casinomeister has posted warnings about several casinos that all turned out to be part of the same operation: the Santeda Group. The casinos are:

• MyStake
• Velobet
• Rolletto
• Donbet
• Goldenbet
• Cosmobet
• Locasbet

The roguish behaviour across all seven sites is very consistent:

• Money disappears during deposit — players put funds in, nothing shows up in their account, and support shrugs
• Payment requests sit in limbo for weeks or months, if they get processed at all...
