@JGslots glad you're happy with Dolphin, I checked and apparently an audit was done to see what games were not on site and that was one of them. Looks like it wasn't released with the right graphics though, thanks for letting me know about that.

Wow didn't think you would comment to this but thanks to replying and that you are interested in feedback even though it may not be positive. Says a lot of you as a Rep which 32Red should be grateful that you have stayed with them all these years.

I think everything that was said back when 32Red made several backward changes 3 years ago in those very long post that seems to go on forever kinda speaks for most of us. There were a few things personal to me as the argument over club Rouge being yanked from loyal players even though I got to keep mine reargument it did say club rouge for life, the sudden changes overnight. The negative change in CS and a big one for most players, you went from the best in paying out to average to worst. Videoslots I get paid almost instance and 32Red you make a withdrawal late Thursday lets say and you don't see it till following Tuesday or later. Don't like the fact you don't payout weekends!! although you don't mind taken payments from us on weekends.

However, I have been playing 32Red more often and like the layout.

Re Bonanza it does show but now wont download. Bonanza was added on your site after Videoslots and other pulled them from Canada but I was able to play Bonanza up till a few weeks away. Was this a mistake? and why show games if they're not available for Canadians on your Canadian site. Bonanza Millionaire and even Playboy.

Like I said your site is solid and trusted and that's why I come and go and you Mark being the rep is a big plus, I think 32Red is like a dinosaur in comparison with Videoslots and other multiplatform casinos. Tell me were does 32Red stand out better than any other accredit casino? what is it that makes 32Red a great casino? I think many of us continue to play at 32Red is for what you use to be but for a new player looking to join a casino what does 32Red offer to stand out of the crowd?

Very valid feedback and I will pick this up with the relevant teams. As you suggest, I expect this may be due to a session going past midnight, but I’m sure this can be improved when that happens.

My once regular deposits aside, I have been treated VERY fair by yourself and 32 Red over the years, LOTS of deposit matches, a good hand full of No deposit spins and bonuses, including the cash from SM for months, no years! Not to mention losing count of the amount of times I've redeemed rubies and support have topped them up (sorry live help if ppl get the wrong end of the stick here) CM exclusives, Good wills, the list goes on and on.

Its only in recent times I've been placed on the low bonus tier for which although as a low roller far from ideal, I fully appreciate and understand why it has to be done!

32Red is my one and only "go to" casino when I want to play Microgaming: I literally NEVER play any MG slots anywhere else and I ALWAYS use the download Viper client - I never play in flash or on mobile devices. If Viper goes - I go.
Cash-out speed does not bother me personally, but I do think it is a huge NEGATIVE point against 32Red that they don't do fast cash-outs 24/7

Some great games I loved there also, LOTR, TDK and that 3 reel curry game.

Recall (or did I dream it ) the one sesh, there were one or two wilds on both reels one and five and the start button greyed out, music changed and out came Golum, almost wetting myself before he even did anything.

Went on the turn all 3 centre reels wild!!!! - Can't recall the exact amount but well into the 1,000's x

You keep getting your LOTR's slots mixed up Jon.

KK's screenshot and the one most people loved including myself had none of those special features like in DK. Only feature it had was a wild reel in free spins every spin . Girls with Gun's is its clone tho plays like a different game.

The original was oh so much better than the follow up that had Golum and all the crap lol. I so miss the original version was my favourite slot.

No mate, I was referring to the PJP one.

The original with the wild eye on reel 3 and guaranteed one reel wild ever spin during feature, I didn't like as much.

PJP one had him throwing stones for wilds (batman catapulted explosives), jumps up by win with mystery multi (joker opens cape) and the wilds reels I mentioned earlier.
