WARNING DollaroPoker : confiscates 100,000+, no explanation

Had an odd PAB on DollaroPoker (dollaropoker.com) come in over a month ago, player had 100848 in winnings that was being payed out in mini-payments which quickly dried up. An affiliate attempted to help but may have made things worse in that accounts were closed and communications terminated.

Our attempts to contact DP have been 100% unsuccessful: no acknowledgment, no reply, no nothing.

Warning: DollaroPoker is both slow-paying and/or confiscating winnings without explanation. Requests for assistance are ignored. Players are advised to avoid this site.

A little birdy dropped by with some more info on these guys:

• connected to DollaroBet.com via poker.dollarobet.com and poker1.dollarobet.com and marketing@dollarobet.com; DollaroBet.com comes up as a "work in progress".
• sites are registered to "Romica Grozea".
• IP: 64.16.193.58, which is in Tampa, Florida, USA on an ISP branded Sago Network.
