They seem to have an Anjouan licence. They are not fully anonymous or unlicensed, unlike many outfits today.

Having said this, I cannot attest to their reliability...

According to CG - They have a high rating. (Which we all know, means notbing)

There appears to be genuine comments about folk receiving payment and some complaints are marked as resolved.

I wouldn't say this was a scam initially.
