Nevermind I didn't know they only gave accounts in GBP, as if living in Sweden could had given problems. As normalt T&C from casinos is GBP is only allowed for people from GB :)

Hope you get your winnings soon. How did your free spins go? I guess zip hehe.... would had been nice if you had got wilds all over the place ;)

Very glad to hear that. It's always a nerve-wracking time waiting for a big payout, and especially if it's your first.

Can I ask what withdrawal method you used? This is not especially swift for some methods, more typical for a few others.
 
Seems a pretty reasonable time for a bank wire, they take longer for some people than others (I guess depending on where both sender and receiver do their banking and how many partners in-between).

DOA is capable of really big wins, I've seen a lot posted here. But I've heard tales of woe when she goes stone cold too. I'm still in the stone cold stage, haven't hit a biggie yet on it.

Do something wonderful with your win, and go back to making your usual deposits.

Very easy to tilt after a big win.

All british casino HELP

hi everyone
This is my first post on here so please bare with me
Last Tuesday I opened my account with all british casino on line made my first deposit of £53 I played through my bonus and ended up with £1000.10
I went to withdraw but saw I had to validate my account I sent all the stuff needed
It took 2 days to validate I then went on my account and found it had been approved so I tried to withdraw but could not
I got the online support staff who said it had been passed on to fraud no idea why this went on a further 2 days I was none the wiser why me account after validation had gone to fraud this too another 2 days before I vlgot a email saying I am validates and can now withdrew YES
But my withdraw has been sat in my account now for 3 days still saying pending and that I can reverse it if I want
Again I asked online who said they will let me know in time when it will be transferred over
It's the only site theta has taken up to now a week and I'm still no closer to getting my money
Is this the normal service for the site it says pay out in 24 hours after validation I'm now coming up to a week

Sadly it can be normal it all depends on how they work. The delay was firstly because they passed it to security.

Its a pain but many casinos will do the same as you won quite a bit on your first deposit using a bonus so they will want to check everything was okay and no abuse of the bonus etc. and unfortunately it often takes a couple of days.

As for the withdrawal I am guessing here since you say 3 days that you submitted it again on Friday so can only take a guess that they do not do weekend withdrawals like some casinos in which case it should be processed today. I would contact them again and ask what the delay is and if they do withdrawals at weekend.

Our support team informed you three days ago as follows:

As you know, your account at All British Casino had been temporarily blocked by our fraud department. The reason for this was that we noticed an unusual betting pattern which went against our bonus terms and conditions. Regardless, we have decided to unblock and fully verify your account, partly because you did not place any bets with your welcome bonus. You are now able to make a withdrawal request to your VISA card, also you are welcome to deposit and play as you wish. Thank you for your cooperation and apologies for the confusion.

Not that impressed as I verified a year back, my withdrawal today is still 'pending' 10 hours later and I still don't know if they process cash-outs weekends (which L&L Jan said they would be doing shortly 18 months back..) :confused::confused:
 
Sorry to repost but does anyone play here? I only bring this thread up as the Rep over a year back stated '24 hour processing and shortly 7-day cash-outs blah blah' and my £85 from the video is still reversible/pending 24 hours later. If this is the case and it won't be processed until Monday I will obviously add this to my 'slow' list and avoid future deposits.:confused:
 
Well the rep has been around today, so perhaps he has seen your post from yesterday.

Yes, thanks for that! I wasn't sure as it seemed quicker a year back when I last played, so you have answered both my questions. 24 is adhered to and at weekends!
