Hi Guys.
Im having trouble reconnecting to INETBET.
I was disconnetted few hours ago while in the middle of a feature(aladdin wishes)
The GREAT Alan has been with me all the time, and we thought was a problem on my end..........it wasnt.
Just a couriosity.........does anybody have same problem?

I haven't played today Kakata, but I just went to check and had no problem signing in. But as to whether I could actually spin, I can't tell you.

Kakata, I was kidding, lol. And I'm not that nice, trust me.

Have you tried uninstalling the casino, and then re d/l and installing again? The screen should pop up that says "It appears you haven't played at this casino before, would you like to create a new account or play an existing one"? At least RTG downloads aren't like MG, you can do it within a few minutes. Just a thought, don't know if it will help or not.

The Inetbet site opens fine for me. Try uninstalling it through add/remove programs in the control panel and re install it, its not a large download like microgaming.

I did.
didnt work.Alan too suggested it.
I couldnt found any site who would let me in..............I mean windows could not show the website.
Im not a computer expert..................worse of all, my daughter is on a cruise

Just an update Kakata...I decided to go and play, and got disconnected twice. Once after 190 spins or so (that pissed me off cause I had to "start" again), and then again after about another 100 or so spins. So it's not just you. Inet is obviously having some kind of connectivity issues, and it always seems to happen on Tuesdays.

BTW, I left you the Random on Aladdin, I didn't even get a whiff of a bonus round in 400 or so spins. Blech.

Hey Kakata, I also had a problem there today but, I have been having alot of problems with my casinos lately. Sometimes they dont start up at all, sometimes they are going into folders on their own etc. I changed my users (was trying to configure) and since then everythings going harry scary. Anyone know anything about files misplacing themselves? Anyway, when I tried to deposit I couldn't at Inetbet anyway. I have a hard time depositing because alot of places dont recognize my credit union. LoL when making the post yesterday evening, 1 minute after this i could already login again and play, and the website was there again, so maybe this thread woke them up to see, however when i was trying to see for other accredited RTG casinos they all where down at that time. Just a quick update. I had written to Alan last night, who said he would get back to me as soon as he knew anything. True to his word, there was an email waiting this morning explaining that RTG had been doing an upgrade yesterday, and this is where the connectivity issues initiated.

Not everyone may agree, this is just my own personal opinion....but if a major software upgrade is being done on the whole system, I would rather the whole system be shut down. This isn't aimed at Inetbet per se, but at RTG in general. There is NOTHING I hate more than "investing" a couple hundred spins in a slot with no bonus, only to be disconnected, and have to reconnect and start all over again, and of course by this time your money is half gone or gone. I would have rather saved my money and played when all was working 100%. Again, JMO...and maybe something they'd like to keep in mind for future reference.
