Resolved Any advice kindly appreciated

Last week I done a few deposits on a casino I have recently started to use. No issues then I done 1 £30 deposit for some reason it said pending on the casino site I thought it didnt go through so I done another £30 same thing pending no deposit went on account. Checked bank £60 gone out but nothing on casino account. Assumed they would just bounce back but no the casino debited the 2 deposits despite it not hitting the account. Live chat keeps saying it appears they are pending because the screen still shows pending on there site despite them debiting my bank, this was 12 days ago and the moneys long left my bank. Anybody had this happen before? Live chat are saying somebody will get back to me in 48 hours and nobody does. Would a bank dispute resolve this? I have proofs it shows pending on there site and proof it didnt go in the casino account. Feels like theft to be honest

Yes, I would go to your bank as if products/service aren't received you should be refunded.
