How often do you think you should have to send in documents to keep updated? If nothing has changed such as credit card info or address info should it have to be resent more than once a year? Not going to name the casino yet but I was verified early in 2007 then again in late 2010. Nothing has changed, should I need to resend to receive my cashout? Keep in mind I have made hundreds of deposits and many withdrawals as it is one of my main places to play.

Thanks,

Michelle

I don't think sending unencrypted personal and financial docs via unsecure emails/fax phone to heaven only knows who on the other end should be required more than every 6 months, but my thoughts don't matter.

CW made me update ID/verify every 3 months at every casino ....

Every three months would drive me crazy. (short trip :D) I don't even mind doing it but my printer and scanner are on the blink right now and I hate to run out to do it and have to pay, only to hear they didn't receive them or they are not clear. So it can be a real PIA to have to keep doing it.

Good point Mousey. It's not all about the casino but the players security too.

Current doc. requests are being requested for the financial security of the casino, which is fine but what about the security of the players? Each site should provide at least 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption on their site for your doc. uploads and stop with the outdated telegraph systems.

I only know of a couple sites that has this feature, out of how many?

I flagged this problem a long time ago and created a secure system for players and gaming sites to share doc. information. It merely replaces email, fax and that's it.

I'm limited to what I can say without getting reprimanded, so I do understand your concern and it's a very vaild point.

If nothing has changed, I do not see the reason they are requesting documents again. In all honesty even financial institutions don't require the amount of documents they do.

A courtesy email could help in asking if the player has any details to update instead of STALLING the withdrawal with update faxback requests.

The problem I have with this behaviour is the fact that it only becomes an issue when a withdrawal is pending. Casinos are often happy to rake in the deposits because the risk lies entirely with you. Once you decide to make a cashout (even if you have already been verified) it becomes an issue.

I would honestly like Bryan to look into this type of tactic. Players are being stalled on WD with faxback requests. Emails are not being answered in some instances and documents are being cited as 'fuzzy'. Further to this, players in the US are already being stalled by some outifts due to the most recent fiasco and the last thing they need is another reason to hold the withdrawal.

I ended up resending them just so they wouldn't have a reason to delay payment. I know I will get paid but it is frustrating to think you are good to go and then you get an email asking for the same thing again. I was able to pull it all off my computer and email it instead of going out and having it done.
