DOA - Malfunction or not?

I just had a bad dream - or it seems so. I was playing DOA on a 5 credit bonus. last spin I dropped the bet to 18c and hit 2 wild lines for approx 978 euro. The last screen confirmed I had won this. When I clicked to go back to the game my balance was 2c. Arrgh! I had not taken a screenshot as I usually do, I had hit the wrong key in excitement.

If I ask support for logs are they obliged to provide them? I really can't see how a full bonus round can be an error. This casino - casinoflorijncasino.com - is on Everymatrix which I trust. they do satate bonus is not cashable so maybe it is an error caused by the 5 being deducted from winnings? There is no option on their site to view logs, I have emailed but beinfg Sunday i do not expect an answer today. Maybe I should be askng Everymatrix?

If you haven`t played any other game after that, just log into the casino and load Dead or Alive.
Then in the settings on the bottom left click history and you should see your last ten spins played.

If it`s not there, email them and ask for logs, they should give them to you no problem.

I can't see a reason why they would have a case not to pay. When you log off and log back in your balance doesn't update?

You said this was from a bonus right? Is it possible there was a terms violation? Obviously you weren't betting too high, but maybe something else? All games allowed?

I logged in today and my balance was correct - I had 30x 5euro to playthrough which wasn't too hard. Cashed in to Skrill, 24 hour wait but not too bad. Chat was fast and helpful, I reccomend the casino - but I would wouldn't I?

i had same issue with bonus on net ent game

if the spin was part real credit and part bonus credit this happens sometimes always make sure you get a screenshot
