Betfred extra chilli and bonanza

Playing on betfred earlier around 2pm. Deposited £30. Playing extra chilli and got into the bonus it crashed after 4 spins no error message just crashed and went back to the slot and the HOT trigger. Then suddenly my entire balance was gone literally went from £31.90 to £0 I logged out logged back in and balance still £0 live chat couldnt get through and cut me off. What i find really bizzare is the game logs don't show anything played at all since yesterday. Now all the btg games are mysteriously all under maintenence. Where the hell is my balance. I feel robbed
And I will not ever play there again, I've emailed them in regards to my balance but as far as I'm concerned if you're balance can suddenly be wiped in seconds without you doing a spin then something is seriously amiss and the site is compromised in some way.

What a surprise it involves BTG/Evolution. Online Casinos are an absolute rip-off nowadays and this lot are right at the fore of it. Corrupt, cheating filth!

Sounds to me like the balance is somehow locked into that particular game.

Not an expert in these things but does anyone remember a few years back, some sites would transfer your balance into the game you were playing and if you didn't close the game correctly, it would not show up in other games.

The provider would need to end the session/spin and close the game their end and then it will reappear (that is if this turns out to be the case)

Either way, no matter what it takes, make sure you get it back in full, if you want me to go round there with knuckle dusters and a baseball bat.......

I think what’s most incredible about this thread is that he actually managed to bonus a BTG slot off £30. Not only that, he was £1.90 up at the time???

Just doesn’t make sense and probably explains why the casino zero’d every customers balance through fear of something horribly sinister going on.

They’ll no doubt be conducting a thorough investigation as to how this was allowed to happen.

Still under maintenance and shows in last played on website but in the transactions logs it shows dates from last week. Cheating f..... my slotting days are drawing to an end this is just the icing on the cake. It's not even about the small balance it's the moral of it really. How easy you're balance can be tampered with behind the scenes with zero recourse or answers.

What I'm trying to say is you're balance shouldn't be able to be tampered with behind the scenes it leaves me with a very bad taste. Imagine it was a lot more than 31 quid. There's people been playing yesterday and it's probably happened to them with a much larger balance. And not so much as a email from betfred to say they are aware of technical issues. Its disgusting.

Seems I wasn't the only one. Just checked and there's a hell of a lot of games down. I get it tech issues can happen. But it's the lack of transparency for me and not a sniff from them i bet theres people who have had hundreds wiped. Can't be f..... anymore with slots and casinos not worth the aggro.

Not been the biggest fan of this platform migration - they upgraded it in April, and some of the problems have persisted for months (including with accurate tracking of bonus balances - which perhaps explains why most rewards are paid in free spins now - and sporadic availability of bet history).

Given the number of providers unavailable on Betfred still (SG/LnW, BTG, Hacksaw, Pragmatic, ELK, Thunderkick) then I expect it's an integration-level problem between Betfred and I'm guessing NYX?

A headache like that could take a while to be resolved... good communication needed from Betfred, and patience from the players...

On the plus side, Betfred only have 20 "Book of..." slots available today, rather than their usual 34.

I guess there's going to be more angry people in the chat queue given it sounds like they're bait-and-switching some of their promotions, inviting people to participate, then "realising" they sent it to the wrong marketing channel and refusing to honour it.

Given the severity of the outage, I would give them another week to get their backside in gear. If that doesn't solve it, then you can start the internal complaints procedure.

Unfortunately, I think this is turning into a wider issue... because whatever they broke, I've observed another edge case today where it munched the winnings of a spin, and there is no record of it in the transaction history (although there is in the game history).

Only a few pence in my case, but clearly enough of a warning sign that it might be time to steer clear of Betfred until they get their house in order - the transaction history is frequently broken, and when it does load it's difficult to decipher what is going on... which is particularly problematic when they don't know what is going on either!

Had similar happen last night on VS, was playing lil devil and a couple of times after a spin my balance plummeted to 0.00

Luckily each time after a reload the balance came back to what it was and i continued, im no 100% sure but it might of done it once on extra chilli too, but lil devil was definate.

So something strange indeed, maybe BTG related rather than betfred?

Interesting - in your case the balance returned after a reload which suggests a more temporal issue, but may be indicative of a second set of problems on the aggregator (e.g. NYX) and/or BTG's side.

For reference, mine wasn't related to BTG (or anything on the aggregator platform) which suggests there could be two distinct issues at play here.

It's happened at least 3 times (which I have seen) to my partner on VS, each time on Bonanza. Each time its the same, balance goes to 0.00 & message comes up about insufficient funds, refresh and the balance reappears.
It's happened on different days, not one time after another, so I too would be thinking it may be an issue with BTG.
