DOA Error?

I am a little bit confused, I was playing DOA on 250 auto spin at 9c bet, I had to leave the game on auto spin as I had to rush of somewhere.

A couple of hours I returned to find the game having 5 wilds in the feature not exactly a wild line as in the fifth column the wild was in a different place. I thought oh great I am happy now as I saw that I had 5 extra spins, pressed play and the game turned off. Reloaded the game and nothing there was no 5 extra spins not a win, nothing.

I was so upset as the first 4 wilds were in line with each other and if I could've played the 5 extra spins I could've got a wild line but even without the wild line I still would of got 5 of a kind or something.

I emailed support yesterday to check into it but being the weekend I didn't except a reply and there was no live support that time either

This was at SlotsMillion that I only just signed up with.

Am I right for them to check into it as it's rather upsetting thinking you're getting a win and then it disappears.

When you're on auto spin the 5 extra spins do not play, have to physically press play I am sure.

What are your thoughts on this? I hope I was clear on this matter.

Yeah I guess its a glitch of some sort.

And yes slotsmillion take a bit to get back to you on weekends and I think they just decreased their live chat on weekends. Even if you could get ahold of them, I dont think they can do anything until the work week when the other departments are around.

Keep on them though until you get your answer. If you dont think they are living up to your expectations just tag the rep to this thread and she will make sure to get on it for you.

I played plenty of DOA at various Casinos on Auto spin and when I did get the five extra spins auto spin stops and I did physically had to press play.

I had four wilds in a row while the last wild was up in the middle, it still should of gave me some win before the 5 extra spin. Unfortunately I never got to play my last 5 spins

Thanks for that I did check and because I played remaining balance on DOA it only shows last 10 spins of history, I thought you could see it all.

No worries, your game round will be logged with Netent and they probably played it out for you and will credit you the winnings once Slotsmillion gets in touch with them.

Would be surprised if it would be any different.

Oh yes, you have to physically start the 5 Extra Spins manually.

But your session will expire if you don't touch anything for some time and the casino will log you out from your account. For Netent it looks like the game is stuck on a bonus round.

Had it happen once on a MG download casino and they credited me the winnings the next day.

Update

Received email from SlotsMillion saying that my game should work now as they had some trouble with Netent games. Logged in of course game works it always worked but not when I received free spins the other day.

I do not know how to explain a bit more clearer, I did not receive the 5 extra spins therefore no win, it's like feature never existed.

Anyway got onto chat finally, explained situation and he said " Ah, I see, I will get IT to look into it and get back to you."

He was very quick and a friendly live chat guy

ok so when I came back to my game I have seen that I had extra five spins, I must have pressed the first spin to see the four wilds on bottom line with the first wild being in the middle row following second wild on bottom and third and fourth all in a paying line except fifth wild was on top I think in the fifth row. I was too excited checking it out and then the game stopped, logged me out. But when I logged back in I had no win. Even with that first spin I should of had a win of four or 5 of a kind but never got that far to see.

I am sure when they check the play it will be worked out to see what really happened.

Yeah me too, and I honestly forgot about my first spin as I was so excited that I could get a wildline and the first spin was just lagging and then got logged out so I never even got to see what I got.

I wouldn't even know when I got the fifth wild, could've been the 12th spin or before but my balance was pretty much the same as I left it when I put it on auto spin.
