OK, I wanted to include this in my original post.

We have heard (keep the comments coming!) about how we all think that high rollers are defined and thanks to the casino rep for defining it even further. But from a purely individual perspective, do we consider ourselves to be high rollers? I guess this is a purely personal opinion and I don't want to offend anyone by asking it...hence the option on the poll :)

I say personal because to someone, wagering $20 in a night might represent a high proportion of their daily income, to others loose change. Others might choose to analyse it by losses, wins etc. etc. I guess the bottom line is really simple do you consider yourself a high roller? My answer would be yes.

It depends from casino to casino. For some of them I am a highroller, for other I am bonus seeker who plays once with sign up bonus and go away.

I can say I consider myself as a 'average roller'

well, I have wagered up to 1,000 on a hand of BJ occasionally (and won) but generally I wouldnt do anything this crazy. Again, a kind of "average roller".

Not a high roller by any means. And when I'm winning I'm sure the casinos don't like my action, but they always pay. I make lots of small deposits and low-roll until I'm ahead then bet up to $100 a spin if I'm on a roll. When it hits, it hits. When there aren't any or many bonuses involved I think they look more at the deposit history than the occasional withdrawal or play style. Kind of like, how in reverse, a bank is only impressed with your average daily balance rather than the fact you might run thousands a day through your business account.

Hope that was confusing enough:what:
I'm a sporadic high-roller when I can do it with their money, and am always ready willing and able to donate my initial deposit for the opportunity.

I often fire it up with table-max bets, but only play for such short periods that it doesn't generate the playthrough necessary to be a high roller.

HIGH ROLLER?????? well duh!

I've been known to wager twenty cents per spin..........maybe as much as 40 cents when I am feeling real lucky.......:D

And you still bring down the bigg'ns. :notworthy :notworthy

I usually play $1 slots, and usually play a 3-5 coin bet. I would be one to make deposits between $100-$300 dollars quite freqently, but I would not call myself a high roller. Like someone posted above, it all depends on the casino. Sometimes I make deposit and take the bonuses is small playthrough, and sometimes I will make a deposit without a bonus and play it out, win or lose.

Definitely a low-roller here! ;)

Slots: Average bet is $0.36 - $0.90 normally. Very rare to go over $1.50.
Cards: Always start at table minimum ($1-2); max bet about 4x that.
I wont even play cards at all at some places if their minimum bet is $5...
