I am a tad confused. Reading online that Digimedia now own and operate:

Fortune Lounge Group:
Platinum Play
7 Sultans
Vegas Palms

Red Flush Gaming:
Red Flush
La Vida
Major Tom

Jackpot Factory:
Allslots
All Jackpots
Wild Jack

Belle Rock:
Jackpot City
Lucky Nugget
River Belle
Epoca

Since this seems to be legit, don't all these casinos need to be treated like Casino Rewards group? How can you have half the group in the reservation, but accredit other parts of the same owner and operator?

This post cam from the frustration that I am trying desperately to have this group stop contacting, phoning, emailing, texting at 4am, etc. I have spoken to 3 different people, and I am just getting started to jump through all the hoops necessary to get their telemarketing group among others to stop, just stop!! How can they hide behind 6 layers of donkey dung and come away smelling like roses? I no longer like this group, from non-pay attempts, one of which was successful, to dodgy marketing plans.... enough!

They fall under different management. Wagershare was pulled from the accred section before the "public" merge - and this was primarily a result of their inaction concerning evil webmasters.

Jackpot Factory had a brief break from the accred section because of the implementation of an unfair clause against some players - which they corrected and were reinstated.

It's convoluted, and in my opinion - it's not a good thing.

Fair enough. So kind of like Future Shop and Best Buy in Canada. Same owners, different staffing structure, business model (ie. commissions) different visions, same product. One cannot be held accountable for the other. Wow, I actually get something for once :)

I just think they need to implement a company wide opt out for all the casinos in their group. Owners = what company stands for IMO, so I choose to skip them going forward.

Never had a problem with any of those listed and I was 'fairly regular' at most of them.

Don't think I ever will being as they've all out of the UK nowadays, which brings me to my point lol,

Could these casinos / company(ies) have thought of this merger first, individually they must have lost thousands of players from the UK whereas 'all being under one roof' so to speak could have 'afforded' the UKGC 15% tax etc and retained those customers which I'm sure would benefit the casino as a merged group rather than individually losing their entire UK player base??
