The casino did an update a few days ago and now no matter what option I use, I get an error message.
I originally used Visa Debit and had no problems until this update.
I contacted live chat and after an hour got absolutely nowhere and he refused to give me an email address of someone who could help!
After searching my records I found an email address for the floor manager and he responded by telling me to clear my cache etc which I had done already. It made no difference.
Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar problem.
I don't have a Paysafe card but I couldn't even get into the system far enough to even have to input a number before the error message popped up stating it couldn't be processed.
