Deposit issues at All Slots

The casino did an update a few days ago and now no matter what option I use, I get an error message.
I originally used Visa Debit and had no problems until this update.
I contacted live chat and after an hour got absolutely nowhere and he refused to give me an email address of someone who could help!
After searching my records I found an email address for the floor manager and he responded by telling me to clear my cache etc which I had done already. It made no difference.

Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar problem.

I don't have a Paysafe card but I couldn't even get into the system far enough to even have to input a number before the error message popped up stating it couldn't be processed.
 
I originally had problems withdrawing funds and got that sorted out after about 10 emails. When I try echeck depositing the system gives an error message, same with Instadebit and Instant Banking. These are supposed to work for Canadians.
 
When I use Visa Debit it worked perfectly but it did go through a middleman of some prepaid card called Payr or something. Now I can't get that far as an error message shows saying my bank declined it. That's why I tried Paysafe but like I mentioned I couldn't even get far enough to put in a number.
Unfortunately All Slots customer service so far has been bad so I don't expect this will be sorted out.
 
Just an update on this issue. Everything has been sorted out, appears to have been a computer glitch. Live chat was extremely helpful today and this individual got an answer for me within a few minutes, while many emails and a different live chat operator got nowhere.
