In the last three months of 2014, It seems pretty good - got loads of features and 5OAK numerous times - around Christmas i even got a handful of free spins on Leovegas and turned them (after wagering) into a £150 ish withdrawal (tend to play 18p a pop). Since the start of the year though it has been truly awful for me.

I've genuinely began to wonder if there is something "throttle" on its central servers which say, effectively, "you've won enough for now". I KNOW the games are meant to be random but the contrast is so stark that I can't account for it in my own head by the random nature of luck.

That said, I'm not one for conspiracies but its a cross platform, cross site issue for me and just feels odd.

I just took €0.72 a spin as an average since you were so vague. Any way, if you want to complain about payout, accurate numbers should be provided

I am still struggling to get my first wildline on doa but I actually experienced something similar. I always play doa on auto spins and I dont give really attention on the wins in the base game. Sometimes I can run this slot for hours on auto spins( on almost same balance) and there are some days where I always hit only 2 scatters and I really can feel how it is eating my bankroll.

You could probably write this thread about any game and yep hands up I've been guilty of thinking the same in the past, especially after prior fair treatment by the game.

However I do think they run in cycles after extensive play you do notice patterns which you see again and again and then all of a sudden these patterns totally go and new ones emerge.

As for DOA, yesterday I was low rolling at 9p and 18p bets and FOUR times during my features I was ONE off a completed wild line, you can imaging the comments I was throwing at the screen!!

The final feature before busting (after 3 hours play tho so not bad or moaning lol) gave me 4 wilds on a win line with 8 spins left, meaning I was guaranteed at least 8x5OAK which was cool, but It would have been miles better in those 8 spins if the 'final wild' had dropped

I also hit £136.00 (or therabouts) with no wild line last week on just 9p a bet!!

I'm sure your luck will return as I also am starting to believe finally that nothing has been tampered with etc, its just the way these games are designed

I play this game fairly regularly but I don't usually do more than 100 spins unless I have hit a bonus round prior. It has never been a great slot for me at best its been 'OK'.

I have only in about 4 months of playing DOA ever gotten to the second stage of the bonus rounds twice and the first time that happened was on my very first bonus round in this game. I still have never gotten 5 wildlines in bonus round, my typical bonus round consists of one or two sticky wilds that like to present themselves in non payout positions of reel 4 and 5 lol. I would love nothing more than to have 5 wildlines ala all the great pictures that you see in winners screenshot section but this game is so volatile but strangely addictive.

I have had times I've gone from $1 to $30 playing minimum stake so I usually play this slot when I am about to go down on a sinking ship.

I think JonMincher is right though, when you play slots regularly it feels that wins and losts come in cycles even though its probably not the case. Last week I felt like I couldn't lost, everywhere I was playing I was making withdrawals but this week its back down to earth as all my small deposits have been usually busts. Big thing with these games is when to 'move on' very difficult granted I agree but with experience of regular play you get the feel and to be honest once you've closed th game we will never know!

I don't play for wild line or 5 scatters every session just a half decent feature.

DOA is frustrating to say the least.

Was playing at energy casino today, after losing quite a few deposits at novomatic slots decided to finish up playing DOA when I had like $3 left. The game was really playing up though for some strange reason.

Since that's ur fav game, what fs do u choose as i always choose x3 multiplier but never ever get more than 60-70x and i play this game almost daily(Never seem to be cold on giving fs which are quite regular). My best ever win was 400x in base game with the highest symbol with a wild.

On DOA you cant except to win in 100 spins on this game as i have noticed, you need to do good 1000-2000 spins b4 it will throw a good bonus round, cold streak is quite frequent but it can also give 5-6 rounds in a very short time

Last night it was playing weird but I played some more at VideoSlots and hit enough wilds to progress to the 2nd bonus stage for once. On 0.27p won $270-ish but did not achieve the magical 5 wildline. That was as close as I have ever got just needed one more wild on reel 5 in any position to have a wildline. Its one of those issues where your expectations are set.

I've played games which give much better returns during free spins when you get more scatters (ie higher level of wins - not necessarily a multiplier).

That said, I assume the wild line is theoretically possible on a DOA five scatter BUT as we know, there are many dead sets of free spins on three scatters - but as these are far note common you're more likely to see five wilds on these rather than on a five scatter.

I have never hit 5 scatters or 5 wilds on a payline m8,so be happy that you have had them...
Thousands and thousands of spins on multiple casino's and never hit anything even close to a super big win on this...

So "cold" is not the word for me,it is a damn friggin' -30 degrees deepfreezer for me.

In my experience the free spin feature comes around quite often - in fact more than any other netent slot I've played per say 100 spins I think this game would rank as no.1 for me for activating the free spin.
