Just spent a hour chatting to vodaphone trying to order a replacement sim for my new phone, cant praise them enough
I didnt have the correct details but they bent over backwards to get it sorted and actually sounded as if they cared, just brought it home to me how things could and should be done when compared to most of my chats to casino CS.
The chat left me with a warm fuzzy feeling instead of wanting to do something dire to my tablet.
