If I contact chat via a casino I really hope my issues will be answered asap!

But when I wait... and wait some more...and be most polite in the meantime...

wait some more... 20 mins later...

then I really start getting pissed off!!!

OMG I had such a bad experience with CS there :eek2: I beleive the agent's name was Zane, anyway not only did I have to wait total 40mins while he attended to other customers he didnt even send the request to have my card details changed. I spoke with him twice (that's bad). But to be fair the third time I contacted CS I got a really nice agent who actually corrected the issue. I think they need to reveiw their employees.
 
And I only contacted them was because I kept getting errors when trying to load Royal Vegas. So then it loaded and it wouldn't except my password... so I tried to contact chat! Via the lobby no! But via banking... yes!!!

And then I got Nicky... and da da da

If this happened after 3:30 pm we were unable to handle your chat and the reply you received was from our automated queueing system.

We had to evacuate our offices due to a fire in the building and we were only allowed back in now.

I have dealt with Zane on this issue as I get reports of all chats that take too long or that are rated "dissatisfied" .

I sincerely apologise for the unacceptable service you received.

a fire in the building? wow, thats bad,
everybody got out safe? hope yes, thats too bad when things like that happens

Was it a drill or real fire, if it was a real fire i hope everyone is safe and secure, other issues come way after in case of emergencies like this

It was a real fire that started on the ground floor and the airconditioning system sucked all the smoke into our offices. Fortunately our offices were not damaged and it is business as usual for us. There is , however, an awful smell in the air buit we will just have to bear with it.

Hi Wim... oh I feel bad now... yes it was around that time!

Am glad everyone is okay there! I know how difficult it can be to breathe under those conditions... bushfires here in Aus are bad at the moment and even when one isn't in the fire danger area the smoke drifts and well yeh.
And being in a building would be a lot worse!!! Toxic materials etc

And sorry I haven't been online to respond sooner to your quick response! I got fed up and went to bed. Then over the last couple of days I've had a few issues of my own to contend with.

But I do very much appreciate that you responded so quickly.

Neat to see a physical call centre - yanno, I actually thought most of these things were done from people's homes lol, and the 'office' was a rep's home computer with a headset and skype running

and coffee on the desk ... and toddlers in the background screaming lolol
