Cryptocasino Help

What are they asking you for? I’m playing on there at the moment but haven’t been asked for KYC (yet).

What initiated the KYC request? A withdrawal? Also did you have your currency on the site set to GBP?
I think like you said it was the currency i was using was in pounds may have triggered it on this account. Last account it was the deposit bonus that triggered it. So i left that this time yet it still triggered K.Y.C after a week so don't really know why i got hit with it

Ok so web cam came today. Plugged it in went onto b.c game and it took a picture of just my face with my head in it and no i.d showing. And 2 minutes later it was verified. Withdrawal processed. Wtf?

I'm not complaining though.

U.K Player uk address uk i.d processed and ready to play on a site that doesn't allow u.k players.
Seems legit to me!

I think the company they use to do KYC they not with gambling regulation, They Pay Bandit and other streamers lot of money to get UK gamblers they can now refuse for KYC, not sure if is true but I heard they paid big streamers like Bandit over £100k pm

A UK player with UK docs does not mean that the player is located in the UK. This is what meant in earlier replies. Playing at bc.game from the UK is impossible without using VPN. Their site specifically geo-blocks this country so nobody can say anything to them. Bc game is a smart fuck it's not that little site from the Jumpman collection.

Glad it all worked out for you.

I'm going to sign up there later and get fully KYC'd. Seems like a possible get out of jail card if Curacao does tighten up in the future.

Yeah exactly i could have a uk id/passport etc. But live in south Africa.
I get it, But there's no way like you said this is a proper K.Y.C
or maybe its just the lowest form of one there can be.

I literally turned my webcam on took a photo, it said wait a few minutes then turned to a big green tick saying complete. Instantly withdrew and then fucked of to work. Then checked my phone and it was paid in literally minutes after I withdrew as well. Then withdrew from kraken to my bank, and its in there now.

I'm guessing the advanced id check may be were they close your account down. But I'm sure i read something earlier on there site saying that check only comes into play when there is a withdraw over £5000.
So that's my only worry now.

Don't mind getting my account closed for a few hundred if I get caught out being in the u.k

But could you imagine hitting an unreal monster win on a no limit
and they do advanced k.y.c check then and close your account down?

That's why, whenever i get to like £500 on b.c games i tend to withdraw. Don't want to get it up to 2grand and then get k.y.c check. So try keep my withdraws low see if that helps.

Fuck knows what's gonna happen but certainly gonna be interesting to see how this all plays out! :eek2:

Withdraws when I have had them always near on instant - had some largish withdraws and always processed within a few mins its in my crypto wallet. BC game is raking it in these days they have deep pockets 20k a 100k is nothing to them. The money flowing through the crypto wallets into BCs main account is insane.

I did basic KYC confirmed in about 5 mins. CS is crap as they either answer or dont bother - It does improve though the higher up the VIP ladder you are but for low rollers and those only on Gold vip its hit or miss. Thing is very little ever goes amiss with the site. Im only speaking for myself but I honestly have never encountered any issues at all.

But as always play at your own risk. And keep in mind they are zero RG tools no real SE so if a person has a severe gambling problem they are in deep sh.. it ... or could be. Maybe now they ask for basic KYC that can change but I doubt it.

I think they rolled out these KYC checks either because they altered their bonus structure or decided to collect player data for future use. Beyond that, there's no real reason.

There are plenty of hybrid casinos (crypto/fiat) that do not ask for KYC docs. So, why would a crypto-only casino demand them? Could it be for legal compliance? Huh... what legal compliance?

Great to hear it worked out mate. From what I’ve read around the traps I was confident you’d be ok.

I send to gamdon by mistake my UK id and bill got verified, like 2 years ago they never ask me any doc any more, never had any problem with them

Just opened a Revolut account - set up and verified. I notice you can buy crypto in the app - is it possible to buy crypto in Revolut and then send /withdraw to a casino ?

I can see both options available in the app but not sure they are ok with buying and sending from within revoluts app when it comes to gambling. Have read conflicting reports online about revolut being okay and not okay with gaming transactions.

Anyone got info on this ? cheers :)

Likely it's not OK for fiat payments to some UK casinos, according to their old blog post in 2020:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Crypto deposits to the casinos work fine. For withdrawals, i'm not 100% sure since i lost my deposit.
Well I was thinking add money to revolut from uk bank - then buy bitcoin in revolut then withdraw to the casino but probably not a good idea. reading the above cheers.

You can also buy, send, and receive other coins, not just BTC. I see they updated their app today.

To find other cryptos, you need to click on 'Crypto' and then select 'Discover', once there scroll down to see 'All Crypto' and choose one you like, or use their search bar by clicking on 'See All'.

I'm looking forward to getting my plastic card to see what will be charged in case i have a crypto balance and withdraw say £20 from a cashpoint.

Logged in this morning to find 200 free spins at $1 each on Kiss My Chainsaw, only 1X wagering. This is one of the great things about Crypto, constant offers and rack-back without any small print. Even when you take a deposit bonus you can play any game you want without the usual restrictions.

I just opened Revolut and ordered a physical card.

By adding "a friend" they mean adding one of your contacts from the phone.

Their app is very advanced with a lot of functions - one potential benefit i see is that you can receive BTC from a casino and simply use a physical card to spend these funds.

In other words, you don't have to sell your crypto winnings to convert them into GBP and then send them to your UK bank account as you would on exchanges like Coinbase.

Here everything is interconnected.

Their physical card comes with a sort code and account number just like a regular bank card.

There are some fees for this convenience as well but not this crazy as on Coinbase, as far as I can see.

And they also have a virtual one which i could right now connect to Google Pay and use in Tesco, etc if i wanted to.

I guess my card should arrive soon; the app has a card tracker, and then i'll see whether all is as good as it seems now.

Got my Revolut physical card. Made a deposit and then cashed out from a casino in BTC. All worked fine. The only downside is that BTC transactions are slow and the currency is volatile, so one can end up with a chunk of winnings cut off if the BTC price kicks down.

A handy feature is that i do not have to sell BTC to convert it into GBP and be able to spend in shops, etc. BTC can simply stay there and i can use the Revolut card to spend it. There are some fees for this, but i can't yet work out how much exactly they are.

Did you buy the BTC from within the Revoult app to send to the casino before cashout ? or was that a different wallet ...? I just got revolut up and running and working good for me whilst in Europe )

Within the Revolut app, i first transferred some money from my UK bank account to Revolut, and then i bought BTC. You can buy and send other cryptos using Revolut too, but you can only receive BTC.

If the sender is one of your phone contacts and also has a Revolut account, then you can receive other cryptos as well. This is my understanding, but i could be wrong.

you right works with phone number, if you get prime revolut I think crypto fees drop for 0.50%

you can get crypto visa card from revolut and spend your money like any other visa card, I have one account on 4 different amount GB CHF EURO and crypto, if I travel to EU I switch to euro, travel to Swiss to CHF , if u travel a lot is the best visa card to have

This what you're saying is essentially their physical card. They have all fiat and cryptocurrencies manageable just from one place without making any transfers - you have EUR and want to spend them in the UK or anywhere else; no problem - you have crypto but no fiat and want to take real money out of a cash point; no problem as well. One card/account allows it all.

Paying in Tesco for 3 bottles of Stella using my BTC balance worked perfectly :D
