Croatian casino - Potential scam

So basically I am playing at a certain Croatian online casino today.

Lost 2 deposits quickly on European Roulette EGT.

Made another deposit, lost it all. Last spin made my bet, ball dropped in 23 red.

I redeposited, refreshed the game and it didn't show the spin with number 23 in history.

Was weird for me, but I continued playing with my new deposit.

Missed like 6 hands in a row, had last 30 kuna's ( Croatian currency, approximately 4 euros) and bet it on same numbers.

Before the bets closed, I got a blacks screen saying Internal server error or something like that. I refreshed the game again, got a message that i had insufficient balance.
They put number 27 on the spin history and I had 0 kuna in my balance.

Somehow, the spin with number 23 was put back on the history panel.

I contacted support, they gave me some generic answers and asked me to send them screenshots of playing history.

I opened it up and this is the weirdest part.

All of my bets were losing, not a single win. It says GUBITAN ( croatian word for LOSING ) spin .
So the system recognized all of my bets as lost ones.

I opened a few of them and they showed images of my bets with chips that i put on certain numbers.

However, on the first spin of my deposit, I lost 32 kuna's.

I opened the picture in the history, the system showed that I bet 10 kuna's on red number, and it dropped 21 red and I won 20 kuna's.

So basically the system recognized this as a winning spin while the casino put my spin as a losing one. ( It was a losing spin since I played nine numbers and missed them) .

Also, one of the spins was 30 kuna's , also lost and also missed my numbers.

In the history, the image showed me betting 2 kuna's on first and second column which makes absolutely no sense.

I asked the casino to give me back my money. This looks like a fraudulent activity and they might be doing something very illegal?

Do you have any advice what to do here?

They refuse to give me money back.

Novos and Play'n GO games are legit, so we can assume the casino is offering original games and not fakes.

I can't read Croatian, hence, I do not know if they offer a complaints service in their terms.

That would be your first step. If they do not offer anything, try to have it escalated to someone higher in the management.

IF that still doesn't help, it will be tough to get anything out of them

Also they have a page for people with gambling issues which is also good.
Contact details of places to get help and the option to self exclude.

Yeah but the whole point of my complaint is that some of the spins opened in playing history arent legit.

Basically I always play 9 or 10 numbers, never bet on columns or color.

However, these 2 spins show that I bet on color and columns, and one of them is even saying that I won money on that bet, although all my spins today were losing ones.

The first thing that comes to mind is that the site somehow tricks the game that it thinks it payed me some money while the site itself takes the money.

Also, they have an option to self exclude from playing or to put a limit on your losses per day/week/month.

That seems perfectly fine but the thing is that if I press the button to exclude myself now, the very next second I do that I can reverse my decision and start playing instantly.

That also seems a bit illegal.
I mean, whats the point of excluding or limits if I can unblock them instantly?

Hmmm okay, yeah that might be looked into.
I do not play roulette myself, only slots and poker so I am not sure why it shows up wrong in your history.
I am sure if you email them, they could at least clarify this?

If someone was actually doing this, sending information to the game that it is returning money to player while it actually isn't and the casino takes direct cash from the player would it still be funny to you?
Would you still make fun out of me?

I've lost atleast 10k euros there, so it's not about the 50 euros I've lost yesterday.

It's about the possibility that someone is cheating and that should atleast be checked.

If you don't have anything smart or helpful to write, then don't write anything.

I am putting some screenshots so you can see what I am talking about.

I've marked the spins from the screenshots that aren't logically matching my real bets.

As you can see, all of the spins were losing ones ( ''gubitni'' in croatian language) , and all of them were between 30-33 kunas.

In the first picture, you can see that the game recognized my bet as 140 kunas on numbers I didn't play.
In the second picture,it says I've put money (10 kuna) on red colour and actually won money.
In the third picture, it says I've made a bet on first and second column (4 kunas).

So the bets aren't even close matching my real bets which you can see in the hands history list I have marked red.

All the other 7 hands match my actual hands. But these three make no sense at all.

Maybe @LadyJelena can have a look at this as I believe she is from Croatia?
She might be better able to read the website as I have done everything with the translator.

All I can say is that the EGT slots are fine, they run from a legit server and the RTP% displayed are correct. ;)

Aw shoot, yeah I should have remembered that is my brothers wife is Serbian too..
Always mix those 2 up, sorry.. :p

It was way easier 30 years ago when it just simply was Yugoslavia ^^

No need to apologize, I love them the same :)

And yeah, wish it still was Yugo <3

Hello, I am from Croatia, and have been in the Casino industry in the UK for a while. I can help translate anything you need but I have not lived in Croatia or worked there for a long time.
I have been following the casino industry there and would caution everyone to stay away. It is a monopoly there, with the Casino owners and the government/ politicians all getting a piece of the action. As to whether their slots are legit or not, they have lots of room to manipulate users as the government is on their side, and they are not governed. As far as I'm aware Super Sport has several Casino brands in Croatia and their sites are a joke to me.
I can help with any translations, but I consider Croatian online casinos rogue, and I cannot see a way the Mafia is not in on it :)

Those help links are just links to hospitals, I would really like to see their faces when someone shows up and say they have a gambling problem :)

I wish it was still Yugo too, that's the only country I ever had, ever since the split, I've been half Serbian, half Croatian, still unable to choose sides

First....I don't play roulette, but I think this is just horrible streak...I could blame MG and Bust the Bank in the same manner since I am waiting almost for 2 months just to get free spins...my RTP on this slot is way below 50%...but that's the way it is.....

Betshop Supersport offers Play'n'Go, Greentube (Novomatic), EGT, Synot/Easit, Tangente Games, Fazi.
I do think there is no legal problems.

But I also want to say this.....
I am sad because the offer is not that great (no Netent, BTG, Blueprint, Push....) and also because the minimal bets are too high: Captain Venture 0.80, Chicago (and six reelers Novomatic) and some other games min bet is 1.60!

And one thing, I KNOW that Lotusch will hate me, but I have to say: the best way to kill the balance is to play EGT! Now when I see that this roulette is from EGT, I could imagine the frustration. The varaince of 90% EGT slots/games is for jail. Sorry, this is my experience....
