I have a problem with the rules of crazyvegas casino. I got a letter with 50 freespins on avalon II and 3 deposit bonuses. To get the freespins, no deposit was necessary.
Now i was lucky and manage to win 500,- from the freespins after wr (50 X).
I asked chat if it´s right that there is no max cashout at this winnings because it´s not the type of non-deposit bonus that they mean.
Answer was: The freespins have a max cashout of 150,- because no deposit was necessary to get them.
I want to add the information that i have made multiple deposits at crazy vegas before.
Are they right ?

Copy of T&C:
5.4 Free Spins
Any promotional Free Spins offer is subject to standard wagering requirements, which is 50 X the winnings resulting from the Free Spins bonus.

5.5 No-Deposit Bonuses / Complimentary Bonuses (where offered)

5.5.1 To claim, Players need to register at least one credit card or make a successful prior purchase using any banking method before qualifying for a download bonus.

5.5.2 Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be sizable, the total winnings on all NO-DEPOSIT bonuses are limited to $200/£100/€150 maximum. Should the Player win in excess of $200/£100/€150 the excess will be removed from the Players account before fulfilling the cash-in

5.5.3 Minimum initial bonus wager requirements and minimum cash-in requirements apply.

Edit: I would PM the rep before starting the thread but i saw he was not active since 31.1.

IMO the €150 max win is quite alright. Nothing unusual, you`ll find winnings from FS to be capped almost
everywhere.

Just cashout and deposit elsewhere

Edit:

Just noticed you posted it as a complaint. Come on, the terms are clear. I don`t know what type of no deposit did you mean,
but as long as there wasn`t no max cashout mentioned on the letter, I see nothing you should complain about.
(until they refuse to pay, that is)
