I have a problem with Crazy Vegas casino. I signed up for their casino because of the free play offer. I qualified for the maximum bonus on their freeplay and made a deposit of $50. Instead of a $200 bonus I was credited $7.50. I talked to support on their live chat and asked where the rest of the bonus was and they replied that I was not eligible for the bonus because in August of 2007 I played at Sun Vegas Casino which is apparently the same ownership. I read their terms and it indeed does say that. I did not know Crazy Vegas and Sun Vegas were related and I barely remember even playing at Sun Vegas a year and a half ago. The live chat operator said I could email them and request the bonus be removed as I had not played any games yet. I did not want to keep this $7.50 bonus which would have forced me to play slots to ever have a hope of cashing out. I like to play video poker and the reason Crazy Vegas appealed to me in the first place was that $200 bonus which would allow me to play video poker much longer. I knew I'd probably lose my $50 and that's fine because I enjoy playing and having a starting balance of $250 would make it worth it.
I emailed them and explained why I didn't want the bonus and they wrote me back saying they could not remove it and I was forced to play and follow their bonus rules. I thought this was ludicrous as I never asked for this $7.50 bonus nor agreed to follow the rules for it. I wrote them again explaining why I wanted the $7.50 removed and they sent me the exact same response, not even acknowledging that this was a new email. I wrote again and was told again that there was no way they were removing this bonus and the only way I could cash out my $50 was to play their rules to clear the $7.50 which at the weightings they give video poker means I have no chance of not busting.
I request help from Casinomeister please. First off, I do not think they should have allowed me to play their silly freeplay to qualify for a bonus if they weren't going to award it. Second, and most importantly, I did not ask for this $7.50 bonus and I do not want it. I want my $50 back and I want this bonus removed. In my humble opinion this is a rogue action, they are basically stealing my $50 because I played at a casino I did not know they were affiliated with back in August of 2007. Please force them to remove this bonus so I can cash my money out and play somewhere that will appreciate me more.
Thank you,
Nancy
