I got Sucked into using this site and before visiting this forum. They seemed legit Werder Bremen sponsor etc but until withdrawal process they have been asking for $160 AML deposit and doesn’t matter how many times i request payment the bots have the same stupid reply. After doing my digging getting frustrated that i’m getting non payment reply’s I found out that they use the same Curacao Gaming commission number as Stake, this is owned by Medium Rare NV so have thought that there was some credibility with that. I then approached again for payment thinking credibility, but again my efforts are dampened by the same response no matter what chat bot I get. i’m just surprised that there is not more regulations that come with the issued licenses. The theft and fraudulent use of regulations, the preying of individuals on social media platforms should be illegal and these sites banned. I not making excuses for my loss, i should have done my checks beforehand. The issue I have is that the money laundering should be made more difficult. There should be sites like this and better controls where people can get information for what. real and isn’t

I don't mean to intrude on the PAB but as this site is one of the thousands of spade logo "advance fee" scams, a PAB would be wasted. I think I remember some sort of once bitten twice shy rule about the types of casinos you can PAB so it would be better to save that opportunity for a casino that has a non-zero chance of resolution.

The licence stuff is not on the GCB certificate URL it was an SVG image. The certificate is faked. I've linked an explanation below

Regardless of whatever you find it's all fake.
They subtracted 1 from High Seas N.V. (instaslots) company number and used the licence for medium rare n.v. (how original for a scam site to use Stake licence). They've replaced stake.com with their website and medium rare with long island and then taken a screenshot.

It looks like they leveled up the previous blue arrow logo sites to this new version with "convincing" fake licenced and more realistic site appearances. Green logo looks nicer than the last one!

The money is not real, just continue on with your...

Yes, it's true their used to be such rules, they’ve since been retired though. Our current approach is to let people know their chances with a given PAB and leave it to them to decide if they want to proceed, or not.

Ah that makes a lot of sense. Last time I tried to cite this rule I couldn't find it which made me wonder if I had imagined it.
